I bought this to go along with my isup. I love that the string is yellow so it's easy to find in the water. The anchor also folds up nicely and is easily stored back in the carrying bag it came in. Highly recommend if you want something small and easy to use while out paddle boarding.

Works great with my fishing kayak while fishing in the bay. Other anchor kits have 20 or 30ft line which means there are places in the bay where it will not reach the bottom, but this anchor can. I've been using it in salt water for two months and so far no visible rust (means paint is thorough and durable). Note: areas of use have sandy bottoms so this anchor has no scrapes nor scratchers (yet). ... show more

I bought this to replace my previous SUP anchor and rope I bought on Amazon when the rope broke after years of use. Although it is a nice piece of equipment and well made, this thing may be great for a small boat or zodiac, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a kayak or SUP as it is too large and heavy for the activity I am involved in.
