The topper arrived with a 3 inch rip in the seam. I looked past the rip, and laid down. Based off the product description/ images, I assumed this topper would provide at least medium support. I immediately sunk into it. Zero support for your back or hips. What a complete waste of money

Topper does come with a cover, so that's a plus. Plus I've read from multiple reviews that customer service does exist and they're prompt. Just get this one. Your back will thank you!
