Seems to be very high quality materials, including the cover. I really like the form fitting cover that makes the topper much more comfortable. This has completely transformed the old "firm" (just plain hard) mattress into a comfortable bed that doesn't aggravate pain points. It came compressed, but recovered and was ready to go in just a couple of hours. I was expecting some bad smell, but there was none so I was able to sleep on it the first night. I am really enjoying this topper. It is memory foam, which I am not a fan of, but it recovers fairly quickly and I usually don't feel trapped in a hole.
