I really like this particular weather devidce because of it's simple display ... I want to know (in order) the temp, in and out, and the day, date and basic weather info (is it raining? sunny? cloudy?). this uncluttered display clearly shows exactly what I wanted to see. I also love that it was so easy to set up. There is an A,B,C switch in both the remote and the display. Just make sure they are both on the same setting. There, done. No problem. Overall, it looks like they advertised. The readability is excellent. The instructions were a bit difficult to understand but I finally set everything up except I cannot seem to get the Dew Point indicator to work. It also took a bit of moving the sensor device initially, but I finally found a place to put the sensor that gave me accurate readings. I'll be curious to see if that place will be appropriate for the winter weather here. ... show more

Works well. I like the ability to adjust the brightness. Small enough to fit on a desktop. Stays lit up as long as it is plugged in. I wish it would stay on when running on batteries. It will go dark when using batteries to preserve battery life. Just have to touch the light button to turn on for 10 seconds, so I don’t think it’s good for hanging on a wall unless you can hide the cord or don’t mind a cord being visible. ... show more

I was really happy with this unit at first, easy to read, ect.. I had it for just a week or two and then the temperature readings became 10* off. Tried to reset, ect...Just never worked right. sent back to try a different brand/manufacturer. what a shame it was nice at first

Worked great for a while. Then the display went black. Read that it needs to be plugged into an outlet. Comes on a few seconds then blank. Took batteries out and plugged back into outlet. Went blank again. UPDATE It may go blank for a few hours. Unplug it and take batteries out. wait a few minutes and just plug back in. ... show more

A decent, colorful device except the clock part could be much bigger, at least 1/2 the size of the temperature readout would be much more useful instead of straining to see the time. What is a joke is the weather "predictions". According to this thing it's supposed to rain every other day. We live in a desert. Oh my, big surprise... it's predicting rain tomorrow... ... show more
