This is the 3rd vacuum I’ve purchased of this brand and from this company. Each time-the vacuum has broken in the same exact spot. Twice the vacuum fell from a standing position and came apart in the same area. It looked like an easy fix, however I tried and could never get the parts to “click” back together. The company finally sent me another entire piece but it took several weeks to receive. As for this particular purchase, I was simply vacuuming and the vacuum pulled apart (as shown in the photos). My boyfriend and I tried to push the pieces back together and it would not cooperate. I love the vacuum-when it’s working. But all 3 times I have owned the product less than a year when it broke in the same exact area. *update-the company did send a replacement and it is working very well. This is about what I expected for the price which was a lot less than many of the higher end brands. Great for a quick cleanup, suction is about a 7 out of 10 in comparison to a Dyson of the same design. Works really well on our hardwood & tile floors. I was going to buy a Dyson vacuum, but decided to try something more inexpensive before spending $600. I made the right decision because this vacuum is actually everything that I need. I love the way that you can use different attachments very easily the smaller vacuum attachment is perfect for when you need super suction. I had a rug that I had not vacuumed in a long time, because I do not own a vacuum, so I only usually slept with a broom, and it also sat in storage for over a month collecting dust, and this vacuum brought it back to life. The vacuum was also perfect for vacuuming my sofa, by using the really small attachments. It also works well with my hardwood floors. The battery life is OK, because it’s not like I’m going to sit in vacuum for over an hour. I usually backing something quick and then put it back up. If you can, wait until perm day so that you can get a discount on this vacuum. I think I bought mine for $100 off ... show more

I’ve used this vacuum very lightly and seldom since purchasing it. After about 9 months of use it suddenly broke (see photo). It’s cracked in a way that it can’t be pushed back into place. It really surprised me because I had barely used it when it happened. I’m seeing several other reviews with the same exact issue, so clearly it’s a weak spot in the design. Until then, I have been pleased with it! I would love a vacuum at this price point to be something that lasts 5-10 years! ... show more

Es muy practica, no es pesada. Yo la compre porque iba a tener a mi bebé, así que quería algo ligero. Y si me sirvió mucho. Lo único quiero mencionar es que la batería no dura mucho a máxima potencia, quizá dura unos 10 minutos. El primer nivel si dura 1 hora, yo recomiendo que la uses para una limpieza diaria si tienes tu alfombra limpia siempre, pero si quieres una limpieza profunda, vas a necesitar otra aspiradora de cable para que puedas hacerlo por más tiempo y con las potencia. ** Edit - I’m adding another star to this rating because the company actually reached out to me to see what they could do to help. I really appreciate it, and they stand by their product! We liked the look of this vacuum and were impressed with the reviews. It is just okay to live with, the battery life is frustratingly short, so it's best for a secondary vacuum. When it does have power, it does work well and provide good suction. Over all the short run times have left me sour on this for the price, and makes me wish I took the othe reviews discussing this more seriously. Coming with a swappable back-up battery would have made a big difference, and while you can purchase one they are pricey and seem to be regularly out of stock. ... show more

We had a pet hair vacuum from bissell, and it was cordless, and broke after a few months. This vacuum has super strong suction, good attachments, and can adjust the speed/suction power. Doesn’t clog, high quality vacuum. Love it!
