Needed a small travel sound machine. Could not make up my mind between this Dreamegg or one made by Babelio. Long story short...this Dreamegg has incredible sound, is easy to use, and battery life is enough for me got two full nights on a charge...maybe it can do more but I'm gonna charge it. My favorite sound on these is rain, and this has the best sounding rain I ever heard out of one of these machines, even a full sized machine. Also did try the Babelio Metal tiny similar looking sound machine but it's buttons esp. if you buy black, were a nightmare as to seeing which button was which, vs this Dreamegg's buttons which are easy to read or feel...works great. The 30 something sound levels are extremely smooth...much better than the Babelio. This thing is light as a feather yet seems well made, and how they got such great sound out if this tiny thing I'll never know...Really love this little guy... ... show more

This little sound machine is a lifesaver on the road. Tiny - loud, but not too loud - and a charge lasts forever. My only complaint is that the longest it will play is 90 minutes. But really hard to complain when this little machine works great.

I bought this for a roadtrip. I loved the size and the variety of sounds. It worked great the first night but after that first night it no longer lasted a full night for the rest of the trip, despite being fully charged. Nice and small for travel. Didn't buy it for travel. I bought it because Bluetooth sleep masks keep dying on me. This is not Bluetooth enabled. I'm not listening through a headset, so why on earth does this give me a warning ding when I try to increase the sound so I can, you know, HEAR the sounds. Updated review after using this for about a month: I still don't like the fact that it's not bluetooth enabled and that I can't raise the volume higher than it's capable of; especially since it doesn't go directly into the ear. However I understand that a higher volume would increase distortion. This does have some distortion and actually if it's placed near the ear has sort of a screeching quality to it that's unpleasant. I have found a workaround. I placed this inside my pillow and I flip it over if I want to mute it more and that seems to work. It's not ideal but I gradually adjusted to it. My original rating was one star and I've upgraded it to four stars. It definitely would be handy for those who travel. However my go-to will always be a Bluetooth sleep mask connected to my phone while I play an app. I want to say that customer service is excellent and hopefully they will continue to improve their products and will eventually produce a Bluetooth product and that would be ideal and I'd buy it! ... show more
