I love the fabric design. I was never a fan of the faux leather, was very cold feeling but this fabric chair is perfect. Easy to put together, comfy and a nice light blue that doesn't clash with the rest of my furniture

Overall I am satisfied with this purchase. Easy to put together, instructions are obviously translated from Chinese but are good. Chair is really solid. The massage pad is just a vibration so it’s not really my thing and don’t use it (requires USB cable, which is clumsy). I did have the whole chair slip out from under me while leaning back, but it was on tile floor and it was on the highest setting, scary so I’ll need to keep a rug under it and be more careful. The hard plastic wheels and slick tile are great for sliding across the room but it’s definitely a hazard when shifting weight backward. The chair protected me and cushioned the blow. The seat cushion has edges that are narrow for my my legs, but my legs are really skinny and I only weigh 170, so that’s a concern for anyone larger than me. Good alternative to the $500 chairs out there for the right person. ... show more

Pros: 1) Looks great!! You can see for yourself the first three pictures I uploaded. It actually looks better than I expected. Not real leather, it actually looks nice. I bought this color because it was cheaper than the all-black I wanted to buy. But, I think this was a better choice. I love the blue-on-black combination. 2) Good buy for the price. 3) Lumbar support is not the best, but the massaging (vibrating) lumbar pillow is a very nice add-on. 4) Comfortable arm rests. 5) The reclining angle is amazing. I included a photo. Also, the rocking is very smooth as well, which adds to the comfort of this chair. Cons: 1) The rear part of the seat is a bit hard. So, if you're sitting for hours on this chair, your back and butt will suffer a little. You might want to consider buying a cushion, OR get up and stretch out like we're supposed to. I included an annotated image pointing out this small issue. 2) The straps for the pillows cannot be adjusted. Fortunately, the straps for the lumbar pillow are not too long, so it stays tight in position and fiend slide down easily. However, the neck/head pillow straps are too long (in my opinion) and it slides down too easily. To remedy this issue, for now, I'm using a clip to tighten up the strap just a bit to keep the pillow "in place." It works have been nice if the straps were adjustable. One issue I had (still have at the time of this teview) was that one of the arm rest screws came worn around the threads. I contacted the vendor on a Saturday and by Monday (today) they had replied and already provided me with a tracking number for the replacement screw I requested. Dealing with responsive vendors is always a huge plus. Also, I don't care about the leg rest. That's why I did not list it as a pro or con. Overall, I think it's a very good buy: especially in this price range. That said, if you intend to use it as a work chair and you have lower back issues, consider buying a good seat cushion, or buy a conventional office chair. Gaming chairs aren't really designed for extended usage (i.e 8+ hours a day for days at a time). I chose this chair to replace my office chair and my criteria was basically looks and comfort. And the reviews convinced me that it was comfortable enough, but even with that mindset, I had to buy a seat cushion (that should arrive tomorrow) ... show more
