This chair was the perfect fit for my frame and weights, it being 6', 225lbs. The firmness is just right, although I don't always like overly cushy things to sit on because I don't like the feeling of sinking while I'm trying to work or play games. Perfect width for me, the pillows are a nice touch, even if the vibrating back pillow is underused by me, it doesn't do much more than tenderize my back, which I guess can be useful. It's nice, but not like a real massage chair. I love the leg rest! It's a good length for my legs, and I love that I can full-on lay down in this chair. Perfect. I think it's really comfy! It fits me very well and it's smooth. Also, it's exceptionally simple to assemble! Not a ton of screws to fiddle with, and everything else just slips right in to place. The smooth fabric is also nice. That's just my preference though, but I do gotta say, the fabric is a good one. I think this is s great chair for it's price! ... show more

The comfortability, the massage and the support and the foot rest is unmatchable to any chair I’ve sat in. I will say the foot rest does have a little flexibility and seems slightly flimsy but if your hand and head smart you could make it better. It has almost everything that you would see in expensive gaming chairs for only a quarter of the price including the styles, comfortable, and stability. The tilt is pretty good as well. You'll be able to tilt it and be comfortable enough to sit on it for hours. Also it's comfortable and the stability is amazing. You'll be able to move around without feeling like you're going to fall, not to mention that sturdiness is well put together. Overall this has been a great chair. I have used it for 2 months now and it’s still very comfy. Im 5’4’’ women and it fits me perfect. I wouldn’t suggest this to someone who is taller than 5’6”. Overall the chair is very comfortable for the price with plenty of cushioning and great neck and lower back support with the included pillows. I question the build quality in general due to the rapid “wear in” after assembly but we will see. The most apparent of that being the loud click/clunk the chair makes with most movement. It is also developing a slight wiggle in any side to side motion. I have checked to insure that all screws were properly tightened which they were but now the included Alan wrench is very misshaped and is very hard to use. The armrest cushions have compressed a lot but are still very comfortable. The gray fabric develops a lot of pills in high touch areas but was easily fixed with a fabric shaver. In short it is a great product for the price but I am unsure of the longevity and or usability in the future. ... show more

I bought this chair for my son and my husband tried it and loved it so much he bought himself one as well! It's sturdy and comfortable and the adjustable pillows are perfect. Neither my husband or son use the leg rests much, but it's nice to have em when you want it. Padding is firm and seems like it will hold up for a long time. Overall I am satisfied with this purchase. Easy to put together, instructions are obviously translated from Chinese but are good. Chair is really solid. The massage pad is just a vibration so it’s not really my thing and don’t use it (requires USB cable, which is clumsy). I did have the whole chair slip out from under me while leaning back, but it was on tile floor and it was on the highest setting, scary so I’ll need to keep a rug under it and be more careful. The hard plastic wheels and slick tile are great for sliding across the room but it’s definitely a hazard when shifting weight backward. The chair protected me and cushioned the blow. The seat cushion has edges that are narrow for my my legs, but my legs are really skinny and I only weigh 170, so that’s a concern for anyone larger than me. Good alternative to the $500 chairs out there for the right person. ... show more
