It was certainly an upgrade from the literal piece of garbage I was using before, so please understand that while skimming this review. This chair was the perfect fit for my frame and weights, it being 6', 225lbs. The firmness is just right, although I don't always like overly cushy things to sit on because I don't like the feeling of sinking while I'm trying to work or play games. Perfect width for me, the pillows are a nice touch, even if the vibrating back pillow is underused by me, it doesn't do much more than tenderize my back, which I guess can be useful. It's nice, but not like a real massage chair. I love the leg rest! It's a good length for my legs, and I love that I can full-on lay down in this chair. Perfect. I think it's really comfy! It fits me very well and it's smooth. Also, it's exceptionally simple to assemble! Not a ton of screws to fiddle with, and everything else just slips right in to place. The smooth fabric is also nice. That's just my preference though, but I do gotta say, the fabric is a good one. I think this is s great chair for it's price! ... show more

The comfortability, the massage and the support and the foot rest is unmatchable to any chair I’ve sat in. I will say the foot rest does have a little flexibility and seems slightly flimsy but if your hand and head smart you could make it better. But over all this chair is very nice 99% of the building process, all parts are strong metal very easy to build. The chair (in the color I choose) is very aesthetically pleasing. Chair has a pillow that you strap to the chair that has its own mini massage machinery (easy to replace with your own if needed). Chair can be locked in a position if you wish to lay or lean back at ease. Chair has a pullout for you to rest your legs. Product arrived with no surprise dents or tears. No missing parts. About as average as it gets, Im a 5’10”, 170lbs male and the chair fits me ok id say, also my much shorter and light wife uses it with about the same its ok feeling. Seems a bit wide in respect to arm rests maybe i should have bought the full rail arm rest one. USES- work from home, gaming, soon to be online college which will be the real test. CONS- -When sitting upright as normal The arm rests really aren't located correctly for my elbows/arms. To wide and far forward with no adjustment in that axis. -The chair starts squeaking a month or so after using, kinda annoying but from i hear most do this. -had a faulty wheel that would break apart every few mins of use, but they sent free replacements and its been fine since. -lean or (rocking) feature is stiff to use unless the chair is already leaned back making most of my upper body weight is past the chairs center point. If i was 6’3” and 250lbs maybe it would be easier but even with chair set to least rocking resistance i have to have feet on desk or heavily leaned to get chair to stay rocked back (the spot i prefer to game in). Easy fix would be the ability to lock after leaning back but mine does not do that sadly. -shoulda taken that cheap useless afterthought cell phone level vibration device out of lumbar support and added heating. Or just saved me the difference as its not like it massages, and the cord is short, unusable, and would be in the way even if it did reach anything. PROS- -lots, dont let my cons steer you away, i still love this chair. -looks amazing, great material for the chair, -seems like material will last, me and my wife have been using 2 months looks like its brand like its never been sat in, foams not sunken a bit, material has no wear, or stretch. Early yet but we will see. -comfortable, more then i expected for this type of chair, assumed less so then full ergo chair but you dont buy a cheaper sports car and expect it to ride like a Bentley so happy for the price for sure. -honestly for the price and what I've seen other chairs go for and ppl i know bought I'm super happy with this. -foot rest is nice at times, more sturdy then i thought when looking at it. -pillow support nicely positioned -bottom support good FINAL THOUGHTS- -Yes its not perfect, but nothing is, everything is from china or made like made like trash these days so even an 8/10 to me for this price is like finding gold. Im happy with my purchase which is rare these days, quite picky when it comes to spending my money. Id buy again which says it all. ... show more

Overall the chair is very comfortable for the price with plenty of cushioning and great neck and lower back support with the included pillows. I question the build quality in general due to the rapid “wear in” after assembly but we will see. The most apparent of that being the loud click/clunk the chair makes with most movement. It is also developing a slight wiggle in any side to side motion. I have checked to insure that all screws were properly tightened which they were but now the included Alan wrench is very misshaped and is very hard to use. The armrest cushions have compressed a lot but are still very comfortable. The gray fabric develops a lot of pills in high touch areas but was easily fixed with a fabric shaver. In short it is a great product for the price but I am unsure of the longevity and or usability in the future. ... show more
