Labeled “Made in PRC”. People’s Republic of China Well made and I’m happy with it. Comfortable handle and the stainless steel seems of good quality. The only downside I found is that the edge opposite the handle is beveled on one side (like many Japanese knives) which is excellent for both cutting and scraping, but the very edge has a palpable tiny overhang on the red handled tool. This may break off into minuscule fragments into ones food.. I easily removed this, however, with a few swipes with my knife sharpener Arkansas bluestone. ... show more

They work well for cutting bars still in pans obviously they work for a dough cutter, and I use them to clean my countertops after needing dough are making cut out cookies. Just made a pizza from scratch and this scraper was perfect to clean up the counter top, move around the semolina meal, and aid in adjusting the dough ball and rounded pizza dough. Cuts good, handle is hard lemon peel texture plastic but good shape for control, blade is just right 3 5/8 ", and one edge of blade has a sharpened bevel that cuts good but you would have to try hard to cut yourself, so no worries there like some have said.
