I opened the box and took out 2 rolls of double sided tape. Then proceeded to remove plastic wrapping off of one roll and set it on top of the unwrapped roll. Big mistake! It stuck to the plastic on the other roll. I tried for 30 minutes to get them apart. Didn't work! So not to be defeated I decided to use it still stuck together. Another big mistake! It would unroll a little an hang on the wrapper on the other roll. I tried to trim that out of the way but didn't help. I was using it to hang a piece of foam insulation over an old attic fan in the ceiling in my hall way. Which is 34 inch square. I did finally get the Double side tape up in short pieces because the backing that was supposed to cover the backside of the tape so you can press on it to get it to stick and then pull off when ready, kept coming off. The double-sided tape sticks very well to it's self. I was then able to put the insulation up and that went smoothly. Everything looks good and is sticking very well. We'll see how long it stays up. I would recommend this product. Just don't put it down once you unwrapped it. It worked and looks great! See picture. ... show more

There are a LOT of choices for this kind of tape and each choice has an entire gamut of reviews - ranging from "excellent" to "complete trash". I took a risk and purchased this set of tapes - it wasn't the most expensive, but it also wasn't the bottom of the barrel. I can confidently say that these tapes WORK. When applied properly, the provide excellent, 2-sided adhesion. I've used this product to stick plastic, wood, and metal. Once stuck, it's best to leave it alone. These tapes will not re-adhere once removed. The wider roll is great for higher-strength applications while the narrower roll is easier to remove for temporary situations. I purchased this product to attach a headboard in my motor home that had fallen off the wall. I screwed in a couple of small L brackets on the bottom for the headboard to rest on and then put the double sided tape on the back of the headboard. I lined up my position carefully and then leaned it up against the wall and pressed hard, then I ran a little screw into the bottom of the L bracket screw hole into the wood of the headboard for added hold. The tape is very sticky but worked perfectly. I understand where people are saying you can't remove or readjust the position of the item you are installing but if you could would the tape be that good... you can't have it both ways... if it peels off after you apply it then your item will fall off the wall or wherever you attach it. Sticks well to cinderblock walls. I also like that it comes in two sizes. The only complaint is that they are gummy on the edges. I made a mistake of stacking the two rolls on top of each other and I couldn't separate them the next time I needed to use them. I had to use a knife to cut them apart.

Seems to hold up very well. Use sharp scissors cause the tape is pretty tacky. It's not too thin and not too thick seems about just right. One thing to note is DO NOT do like I did (i know I am an idiot) and set one roll on top of the other for even a minute. When they stick they stick. I tried everything and now they are stuck together forever !!!!! I can still use them just makes it a pain. Considering it was my fault I give them a 5 star review. I will be ordering them again !! ... show more

I got this for my dorm as it popped up under dorm necessities. And it’s held all of my items onto the wall very well. The issue was taking it off. Trying to just pull it off ripped up the wall and now we’re facing fines. We looked at some reviews and found that water helps take it off. We spent hours with a spray bottle and butter knife taking off frames, it was so stuck I ended up slicing my finger on the frame while trying to remove it. Even with the water we were still left with damaged walls though it was slightly less damaged than without water. ... show more

I just upgraded my bathroom sink to a pedestal style one. It lacks of space for my tooth brush and soap. I decided to install a acrilic shelf (laser cut). This tape works great, the shelf feels very study, seems like it could hold soap dish, toothbrush cups, etc. Strongly recommended.
