    • DO NOT BUY! WASTE OF MONEY
My teenage son asked me to get this for him for Christmas to replace the one that was in his car. It arrived and was opened with much delight on Christmas morning. Then, it sat in the box, unopened and untouched until I had time to help my son install it. This past weekend, we pulled out the old head unit, followed the wiring diagram included with the box, installed this unit, and waited in anticipation for the screen to come to life. It doesn’t even power up. No power at all. We checked it with a multimeter, voltage meter, measured ohms, nothing works. We even wired it to test on an external battery just in case it was an issue with the car, still nothing. I should have checked it sooner, since it is now beyond the return window and the other reviews mention how bad the customer service is with the company, so I don’t have high hopes of getting any use out of it, but my son is absolutely crushed and it’s just a shame. But, lesson learned, you get what you pay for. I would recommend anyone thinking about getting this unit seriously consider spending a few more dollars elsewhere for a product that actually works. ... show more

This is a great stereo for the money. The screen is large and clear with sharp colors. The touch screen is very responsive and icons are large enough to easily select what you intended while keeping your eyes mainly on the road. The Apple CarPlay feature works great and connects instantly using the USB port located on the front of the stereo allowing hands-free calling and navigation as well as music control. Not bad at all just flickers all the time which gets annoying. Especially at night. Would I buy again? No I’d spend the extra cash to buy something better. Overall for the price, I guess it’s worth it.

Bought this to fit into my 4004 VW Jetta. Wiring up was easy fitment was fine. As stated in many other reviews - remote does not work even with fresh batteries. Could not get android auto to work until I used a USB to USB C adapter and then a USB C to USB C cable to the phone. Only way it will work. Does not keep time it has gained 8 minutes in the time installed. For just a cheap way to get android auto it does that. Overall feel and capabilities match with the price though.     • Hands free phone is terrible on this radio
Radio works fine. Good sound. Backup camera is ok but can only be mounted down low and pointed upwards. But nobody can understand you when using the hands free phone. Mic is broken up and a lot of static.

( Note to all warning)First off thank amazom for exchange the item in which the seller would not and it didn't work properly they only wanted to give a 10 dollar credit . The new a radio and camera work the head unit is great just very basic. The back up camera sucks had to get another camera due to very poor quality is was not capable of seeing anything unless you were right up on it ( with in three feet then it was so small on the radio it really wasn't even worth having. The company is liers and thevies don't waste your money unless your looking for a radio ... show more
