We operate a popular, fast casual restaurant in NYC. We bought this machine in April 2021 and have been using it past two and a half years with no interruption. It is the drink machine that gives us the least headache and is very easy to maintain and use. As we are serving alcoholic slushie beverages throughout the year, this also allowed us to return our investment in this machine in a few months' time. As some of the small finicky parts got broke, we were concerned about finding replacement parts, but the company representatives were very helpful and offered to take care of that for us. I Purchased this machine for Home/Small Event mixing. Putting it together is very easy. Using it is very easy. Cleanup is not a problem. I have ran close to 30 gallons through it in a weekend with 0 issues. When you read all of the other reviews that say this is the best in its price range, they are true. Good machine, but for some reason it takes longer to freeze than other brands I've rented. If you purchase one make sure you start the machine at least three hours before you are ready to serve drinks. The only other issues when putting the machine back together after cleaning. I will take two people to put the liquid holder back on. Otherwise I am satisfied.... ... show more

It arrived on Cinco de Mayo (May 5th) and has been running nonstop. I turn off one side, clean, refill and referee, then later do the same to the other side. For the Texas heat I fill one side with margarita and the other with straight Gatorade. Often I mix half and half. Not sure how I made it without one. ... show more

Item was purchased for a realty business. We've used twice in first 2 weeks and been very impressed with how quiet the unit is, much more than we expected! The advice referenced in several posts about refrigerating all beverage components prior to putting them in the bowls and adding the alcohol last is very helpful. The first batch of margaritas we made were ready to enjoy in less than 1.5 hours. The instructions are not particularly detailed but there are several videos online that are easy to locate and very helpful. The company was also very helpful when I reached out to them with questions over the phone. The bowls are easy to install, just ensure you use the food grade lubricant (included) on the real seal as directed. Although not mentioned, the product comes with a full set of replacements for all of the removable seals which is an appreciated touch. I had an issue with a plastic component that developed a crack, possibly from shipping. I left a message over lunch hour with the company and within 10 minutes, Eric called me back to discuss and request more detail. An hour later a resolution was agreed upon and I was a happy customer.
