Doesn't seal, so you will need something like weatherproof tape. But it sits flush, and is cheaper than buying the same off Etsy for 3 times as much (and waiting longer to get it). My doorbell camera (wired 2nd gen nest) now is even. Google should include something like this in their package or at least sell it. I have cedar siding. This is the only good option on Amazon to attach Google nest doorbell gen 2 wired to the vinyl siding. Honestly its not going to be a plug and play for most, but can be made to work with some DIY.

Advertised as 4” long. Measures 5”. The flat side where you mount doorbell to is curved so it will not sit flush. Does not sit flush against siding. Lots of spots for water and bugs to get in to. 100% garbage.
