There are a lot of parts you have to put together. It wasn't that hard to put together but it did take up a little bit of time because I want to make sure that this was sturdy and not go fall apart. This is a good weight bench for a beginner lifter, or for a christmas present for someone that just wants to get in shape easily or start lifting. We had a different weight bench, but were looking for one with a preacher curl attachment. This one is the one we went with and it has been holding up well. I was a bit unsure if it was going to be sturdy as some of the welding looks a bit shoddy, but surprisingly it's held up. We keep it outside, in the elements, and so far so good! I have wanted a weight bench for a long time and I'm glad that I finally found one. This one was inexpensive although it didn't come with a bar or the weights. Those are sold separately. Quick to assemble and very sturdy. Used all different weight amounts up to 450lbs so far with a 40lbs lift bar no issues.

I got this for my home gym. It was easy to assemble. It took me longer to carry all the pieces in from the garage than to actually put the whole thing together. I've never had a weight bench before but this seems like it's great quality. But it is heavy!
