A lot of other feeders are just massive and take up so much space, but this one is perfect for the small space in which I have my cat's feeder and water fountain. The media could not be loaded. My kitten loves his new buddy! This smart feeder needs to connect wifi and download a phone app as well. It is convenient and easy to use, you can settle feeding time also the amount all by yourself! You can even record your voice and release it when your pet it around.     • Really easy and convenient
I love this automatic feeder so much. I haven’t had any issues with it except once it was telling me the food was low when it was actually full. But I just rebooted it and it has been fine since. My cat scarfs and barfs so I have had to switch out the bowl that came with the feeder.

    • App kinda sucks
I would’ve rated this product a 5/5 but 2 things bother me 1) the app is not very user friendly, it’s hard to manage and setup, especially if you move 2) I’ve had this for 2 years now and today it randomly no longer connected to the internet even though there was no power outage. AND NOW IT WILL NOT RECONNECT. I’ve tried 10 times and it will not work. Doesn’t help that there’s no “support” section to contact someone or even a robot. I can only go to the FAQ or troubleshoot which does literally nothing. I wanted to love this product so much ... show more

We got one of these for our cat. He is a screamer in the morning to be fed, and doesn't care about the time! Leo the cat jumping on my face at 5am had us looking for solutions. We got this feeder, set it up to feed at 630 every morning, and after a week or two, he stopped jumping on our faces. Now he sits patiently by the feeder waiting for his breakfast. Because sometimes I need to be away from home for a short period of time, but it is not so easy to ask friends to come to the house to take care of the cat. This product solves my problem very well. You can set the time of day to feed your pet. The best part is that you can also add little pieces of freeze-dried cat food to it. I think this product is definitely recommended for everyone to buy!     • Terrible app makes it unusable
First the app won't let me use the Google Password manager that's literally built into the operating system of my phone. Next there's a birthdate field that is a year and month which you can't change later for some reason. Next there's no way to delete an account. Next the app won't connect to the device or the device to the internet. Pretty terrible experience and now I have a feeder that doesn't work. ... show more

Easy to setup, clean and use. The thickness is worthy of the money. Not too light to stand steady. Love the steel bowl which is better for feline health. Have both cable and battery, so travel-friendly! Also, lovely color!
