Bottom Line: Quality of these pads is EXCELLENT! I think these are well worth the expense. Our situation: My senior German Shepherd Dog had an accident that has caused temporary (we hope) trauma to her spine. This has resulted in both paralysis of her hind legs and incontinence. She's 80 pounds so when she urinates ... it often seems like a gallon! Neither the disposable nor washable diapers with extra pads can hold it all, so pee pads have become a necessity. After reviewing how much I was spending on disposable pee pads over a month (not to mention the environmental factor), I ordered a few of these to start. The quality of the materials and manufacture is excellent. They go through the washer/dryer very well. Urine smell is totally removed, absorbency remains good, and all seams are intact ... nothing coming apart nor any loose threads. The top material is very soft and silky. Not only does my Molly like snuggling into them, but I believe the material is helping to keep extra calluses and bedsores from forming. The bottom gripping feature is also working well and does not give off any odor. I am now using the largest pads to form a protective "base" over my carpet. I also ordered many additional smaller pads to lay over that so I can swap them out for clean ones when necessary, as I was doing with the disposable ones. Whether is pee, poop, or flood water, it works. My dog has done everything on it. Pee, poop, she’s even bleed on it it hold everything on it. I even had a pipe burst, it held a lot of water on it. No leaks. The water just sits on top. Awesome! If I could use this all over my house I would. My dog likes it. She lays on it instead of the carpet or rugs. Not sure if it has a scent to it. I also like that I can throw it in the washer ... show more

This does as advertised and covers a big area. My dogs use it but due to the smell I have to wash it every 2 days or so. I think I’m gong back to disposable just for convenience. This is not due to the quality of the product, but more due to my dogs’ lack of self control.

I absolutely LOVE THIS ! Our dog had puppies and the puppy pads were just adding to the mess and I stumbled across this wonderful product.... after using this for just a week I came back and ordered another one..... the puppies would dump their the water and food all over and with under them the water would NOT go through it (which is a godsend when you hardwood floors) this product saved our floors and we still use it today with our indoor dogs when we are not home and dogs can't get outside we just put the pee pads down on top of this and we don't have to worry about it soaking through to the floor..... cleaning them is as easy as putting them in the washer on gentle cycle and then air dry ... show more

The mat gets dirty fast and it’s not. On-stick at all. The grips on the back are next to useless. I have a puppy who is only 8lbs and it moves just when she walks on it.

I rescued 2 7 month old 40 pound pups on 1/2/2024 and while they're in the house, I have a designated potty spot for them. I put down this mat (I bought 2 - to swap out when washing) and pee pads on top of it. When they miss the pee pads, they hit the mat. Absolutely saved my flooring. Pick up the pee pads and throw them away. Pick up the mat and put it in the washer. I wash it twice and then dry it. Great product. ... show more
