Description

Our dog leash features 2 handles, one at the end of the leash at 6ft and another at 1ft from the clip. The long one is perfect for casual walks, extended sniffing, and loose leash walking, the shorter one is great for busy sidewalks, bike paths, and crowded areas that require that you have instant, up-close control of your dog. Can be used as a Training aid to control Dominance and Aggression. The leash has two fully-padded neoprene handles, which are much more comfortable than normal leash handles and will prevent redness, chafing, or blistering on your hands. The entire leash is stitched on both sides with reflective 2mm wide stitching to increase your visibility at night and for added safety for you and your dog.

I'm finally writing my review as I remember to order the next one. Strong, soft, easy to hold and bright color. I love the handle portion, that's the whole reason for me buying it. I wish the overall length was a bit shorter, it's a bit longer than any of my other leashes, so when running, I do have to hold in the slack a bit as the length from the handle can be too short for that. I bought 2 of these leashes for my last 2 large rescue dogs to replace 2 that were chewed by one of the dogs(we have 8 rescues). I have purchased Lupine for many years because they do have nice leashes and because of their “replacement policy even if chewed”. In over 16 years of rescuing I had only asked for replacements on 2 leashes which they honored. When I submitted for the 3rd one they refused to replace it stating “they don’t replace chewed replacement leashes”, so evidently they do not hold to their guarantee! So I told them I was done with them and went on Amazon and found these. These are better than Lupine in all ways! High quality material and well made at a great price! My Shiba Inu gets a little unruly during walks and since I have another dog that likes to take his time, it becomes a tug-of-war with her. This round woven leash is very comfortable and the placement of the 2nd handle is perfect for me. There is also just the slightest amount of flex so if she lunges forward it stops her but doesn't yank her head. This is especially helpful because she wears a Martingale collar around her neck. Update !!!!! 09/02/2022 I NEEDED TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM AND IT WAS HANDLED QUICKLY AND PROFESSIONALLY. I bought on 6/29/22 it’s NOW 8/30/22 About two months !!! And the clip is coming undone and allowing my dog loose !!! I have contacted about the warranty… I will update if they respond !!! My dog is a very scared type of dog and a previous leash I purchased had a bad clip. He got away but I was able to catch him. Anyhow, the clasp on this leash is nice and strong. I make a habit of checking it frequently. The leash itself is a nice weight , but not so heavy that it’s a slog to handle. I love the lower handle , it’s perfectly placed to quickly grab when you want your dog closer. Here are a few things I like about this leash : * Nice strong clasp , feels very secure. * The weight of the leash is perfect. It’s not flimsy nor heavy and bulky. * The lower handle is perfectly placed! * The neoprene lining on the handles is nice and soft , feels great in the hand and not slippery. KEEP.
