The case is very nice but I was thrown off by the picture. I thought there were two cases included. There is only ONE case and two RUBBER INSERTS. I’m pretty sure it’s a small magnet that closes it, which is really convenient.

I really love this retainer case. Definitely an upgrade from the basic bright red case I got from my orthodontist years ago. The best part is there are 2 silicone trays to hold your retainer so you can switch them out easily and wash them. Im not really sure what the chewy accessory is for. The brush seems like it will work well and it is thin enough to fit in all of the crevices. The case is held closed by a magnet also, so when my cat boops it off the counter it has fallen and opened up. Not a big deal though as it can be stashed somewhere they can’t get to. ... show more
