We ordered this generator to take on a Labor Day camping trip. It was delivered and my husband got the oil and gas in it, ran it for 20min and it stopped and wouldn’t restart. I bought the extended warranty, so I did get my money back, but we had to borrow a generator from a friend for the weekend. Don’t waste your time, get a Wen generator. We ran our camper on it all weekend on the eco mode and it powered the ac and lights just fine. This generator here though is a pile of garbage. ... show more

I got this generator for the aftermath of hurricane Helene here in sc, thoroughly read the manual and set it up accordingly. Purchased my own oil based on the recommendation sae 10w/30 api se or better and filled it with gas. I got about a good hour of run time before it was out of gas. I called spoke to support they recommended a better gas so I went to a shell station and got there best drained the oil just and case and redid everything still about an hour after start my tank was almost empty. I was only running two fans. Wi-Fi connection a lamp that wasn't on half the time and like two TVs. The sound I would describe as as loud as a lawnmower and the engine kicking moved it half away from the the original position it was setup back towards my home so had to constantly for position. I've seen videos of how it's suppose to operate so this may be a one off but definitely a bad time to get a dud ... show more

I bought this after Hurricane Beryl hit Houston. After 2 days in the heat with no power I decided enough was enough. I am a single woman and was able to set this up easily. I powered my refrigerator, a lamp, and a small window unit. Well worth the money spent

I got the 3500W gas-powered Inverter Generator about 3 months ago now and I am incredibly impressed. I find it works well for camping because it has an open frame and a lightweight design, making it easy to transport. Setting it up was a breeze with the included instruction manual, and it runs pretty darn quiet. I use it mainly for camping and as an emergency home backup, and it performs flawlessly so far. The 30 Amp feature is very powerful and reliable. I took it camping multiple times, and it powered all our equipment without any issues. Being parallel ready, I can easily connect it to another generator if I need more power (which i haven't yet though). It is EPA compliant.....so theres that I guess lol.
