Although I had to watch YT videos to learn to use it, it is really great! I think it's best for traveling. When I use my phone for pictures when vacationing in Europe, it takes two hands, and while you are carefully holding it and then using the other hand to push the button, you risk having a thief steal it or dropping it. This puppy requires only one hand and the very nature of holding it in your palm and using your thumb to push the button means you have a death grip on it and nobody is going to try to grab it from you! great little steady cam . so many great uses . but need to get many accessories at large cost if added up to use to best ability. Be sure to buy a extra battery grip for long-term lapses. The battery within the camera will only last for 2 to 3 hours and the camera has a 5 hour option that you cannot use without having an external battery. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. It shoots real good indoors in ambient light. Even low light. There is a huge difference between my action cam in low light and the Pocket 2. Outdoors it's phenomenal as you might expect. The one area where it falls short is when it comes to "zooming". 4X digital doesn't really cut it. I wanted very badly to love this product as I had been searching for a handheld quality recorder. I was so excited to receive the DJI pocket 2 but quickly was disappointed to learn that in order to use the device, you have to install the app, which does not work for Android devices. The app would not open and crashed upon each attempt. The instructions are in Chinese, but I found instructions on Youtube that says you have to download the app from DJI's website, but that didn't work either. Unfortunately, I had to return this item. The product itself is well-constructed but it should just "plug and play." Turn it on and record without an app install. ... show more
