The product is crumbling. It is a thin layer of concrete coated fabric on top of styrofoam. I’m not confident that it can support our pool pump and sand filter and not continue to separate and destroy itself. This would be detrimental to our equipment. We ordered a 36" x 48" pad. DiversiTech UC3648-3 UltraLite Concrete Equipment Pad, 36" x 48" x 3", 37# per Pad. The dimensions were great as the box we needed to protect was 32" X 46". When the pad arrived the dimensions were 38" x 42" x 3". The 48" suddenly becoming 42" was a pain and totally unexpected. The part number was correct. It appears that Keter measures from the widest point inside the MIDI, not the width that restricts what the MIDI can contain. ... show more

    • The pad is foam covered in a "stucco like" layer with mesh
I ordered 4 of these pads, they all arrived unpackaged with shipping stickers attached directly to them. Each one has 4 completely damaged corners plus various dents and chips of the "cement" all over them. They are terrible, even if they showed up perfect they would be garbage.

With a new AC system came an opportunity to refresh the pads. Would have liked to have found a bigger version of this to give the units an apron for dropped screws and such, but these seem to be as big as they get.

    • Styrofoam core
Not sturdy enough. The core was just Styrofoam. Their was no way to bolt the unit to it. Right now it is sitting in my garage until I think of a use for it.

    • Great for generators
I put my 16KW generac generator on this over compacted dirt and it fit the width perfectly! Saved money and time. No issues with chipping like other reviews.

    • light duty, arrived with cracks
it arrived with small cracks from shipping, there is a thin layer of resin or fiberglass that is formed over Styrofoam. wouldn't buy again. UPDATE: Just noticed that the concrete outside layer is wearing away and Styrofoam is starting to show, waste of money!
