She happened to be wearing a Cheshire cat dress and had the great joy of beating her parents. The game is fun and simple enough that she likes to play it following the rules (not usually the case) The special cards require you have the rules on hand until you get to know them. I wish the printed their details right on the cards. My kids love this game. The two year old even likes to stack the cups and watch them Topple down. My seven year old and I play it with the cards. The instructions are little confusing at first though. But overall it’s a fun game.

My 6 year old niece loved this game for her birthday present, and her 9 year old brother enjoyed playing with her. Definitely an added bonus for a child who loves Alice in Wonderland and tea cups. I docked a star because the “special cards” were difficult to learn even for an adult supervising the game. I had to refer to the rule book every time a special card was played. Its appropriate for ages 6+ However I can’t imagine 6 year olds will be able to play this without an adult or advanced young reader present. ... show more

This game is so cute, I love Alice in wonderland, it's one of my favorite movies, and I bought it for my daughter and I to play.. she loves playing tea, I love Alice in wonderland, WIN WIN! She's only 3 so she won't understand the cards really so we play a little differently, we just stack the tea cups randomly, as she gets older we'll play the intended way, but even playing with just stacking the cups is so much fun! I play the right way with my 9 year old son and he loves it too! It's just a really fun unique game, and the quality of the game pieces, especially the tea cups, are excellent! So happy with this purchase, highly recommend! By far one of our new favorite games :) would by it again in a heartbeat ... show more

The directions make this much more difficult than need be. It’s also a very quick game with only 12 little teacups. We never did get them to topple. I was playing with 3 kids ages 6-13. 13 was a good sport but it was way too juvenile for her. The cards as written were too confusing for the very bright and game orientated 6 year old. We gave up on the official rules and made up our own. It was a cute addition to an Alice themed party but on its own wasn’t anything to write home about. We played while waiting for pizza to be delivered and by the time it arrived no one was eager for another round. Not bad if you just need a quick time filler. It’s definitely overpriced for what you get. For $10 or so, it’s cute. At $25, a rip off. ... show more
