This is a great patio set. We searched for a while to find one that was comfortable, not cheap looking, and also had a fire pit. This one fit the bill. Pros: 1. It is easy to assemble. We put a movie on and the teenagers helped assemble the whole thing. Fun family activity. 2. Customer Service is excellent. We ordered this during the crazy Christmas shipping time so different pieces arrived on different days. After about a week, one corner piece still had not arrived. I reached out to the company through Amazon and they responded quickly. They sent out a replacement corner piece and we got it in a couple of days. 3. The set looks nice! We originally ordered the tan cushions, but when it arrived, they had more of a yellowish tone than we were expecting. I reached out to Customer Service again. They were so good about it and offered to send out the grey cushion covers for just the cost of shipping. I really like the grey cushions better! Excellent customer service. Cons: 1. The pieces move around a lot and separate from each other leaving gaps. Here’s an easy fix! Purchase these clips. Just go ahead and throw them in your cart now. The media could not be loaded. Mostly Pros, minor cons Overall I’m rating 5 stars, it’s a pretty set, packaged well & is as pictured. Checked all the “want “ boxes for us: plenty of seating, really nice fire table with glass AND glass beads which I didn’t even realize it came with! Minor cons: pieces didn’t align great so made assembly a bit longer, hubby got it all together though & wasn’t too annoyed, lol. Lastly, it’s not going to be spa resort comfy- if you’re of pro football or NBA stature just know the backs are shorter. Cushions are nice, not super plush but it’s not a 3K-5K set either, so if you want spa feel you need to buy from a nice furniture store (but you’ll pay at least 3k from what I’ve found). We have had this for about 6 months now, we live in AZ so we are outside all the time. It is not in direct sun light so I cannot comment on fading or sunlight issues. But I think after 6 months I can give a fair assessment of this product. First it's easy to build, took me about an hour and a half taking my time. One it's together it feels very sturdy. Power tools will make it alot easier! There is a lot of screws to put in. Pros- Cheaper than most. Patio furniture out of control expensive. This is a decent cheaper alternative for those of us who can't afford 6 grand on an outdoor couch. The fire pit puts out a ton of heat which I love in the winter months. The fire pit is my favorite part. I personally don't think it came with enough glass filler but you can easily get more if that's what your after. I like everything about the pit portion. It does rip through propane on the highest setting so be warned. Pretty decently built. It has held up with little to no signs of wear. Also again it feels solid. The fabric is hearty, our dogs jump on it all the time and no issues, tears or scratch marks. Also a dog peed on one and it washed off perfectly. The fabric is spill resistant. It looks nice. Cons- The cushions! I hate to say this but they are just not comfortable at all. The cushions are tough and they slide around and off the seat all the time. I think the combo of the frabric and the type of foam attribute to this. The trade off for the fabrics durability is that it's not truly comfortable. The pillows never stay in place because the fabric slips all over itself. And the fabric is a little abrasive on the skin, its not soft. The foam is super dense an you do not sink into it at all. This can be a deal breaker, but again ur next option is another grand, so decide for yourself if it's worth it. Even though the are cushions are tough we still enjoy them!! Adjuncts- You can fix the cushions slippage by buying the non slip pads. I reviewed those too. They are a must for this couch! Also I highly recommend the dineli seat clips that are sold separately, they do a good job of holding everything together. ... show more

This patio set shipped & was to our door really quickly! It came in 6-8 boxes, but my husband had it all put together within a few hours. It wasn’t complicated at all. The set is beautiful & looks great on our screened porch. It is very sturdy & comfortable. Bc the price was so much lower than comparable patio sets like this one, I was worried that the cushions would be thin or lower quality, but they are great, & very comfortable. They are not thin or flimsy at all. The fire pit that came w/ it is also great. It’s easy to start & is really pretty. Overall, we are SUPER happy w/ our purchase & feel like we got a GREAT deal! *I would recommend buying the clips to clip the chairs/pieces together in whichever configuration you decide on doing. They don’t slide a lot, but we bought the clips & it just adds even more convenience & we don’t have to move the set around or adjust bc of them. ... show more
