    • Don’t waste your money! (Updated with fix from seller)
While this is a nice looking system with decent reviews, many buyers (including myself), have received turntables that do not play at the correct speed. The music will always sound out of tune and unlistenable. There is no speed control for this turntable and seller is unresponsive. Spend a little extra money to buy something that works. If the price is too good to be true, then there is a reason. Updated as I did get a response on a possible fix. Seller recommended reinstallation of the platter and belt. Upon removing, I noticed that spindle that sits in the base was not greased properly. Grease was dried and causing resistance to the motor producing slower than expected speed. After lubing the spindle with WD40, and reinstalling, speed of play was spot on. While is not something most would be able to diagnose, it did solve my problem. Updating my review to 3 stars. Ok, for the money, but sound does leave a little to be desired. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I love The look of this record player and the dust cover is great. The sounds quality is pretty decent, a lot better than the ones with built in speakers. I have no issues playing records, counterweighted stylus is nice. I had this for 3ish months before I started having issues with the Bluetooth skipping and cutting out. I contacted the company and they offered to replace it which was really great. However, the second one they sent had the same issue right away, as well as some manufacturing deformities on the dust cover that looked like dripping. It wasn’t super obvious, but I definitely noticed it straight away. I reached out to them again, frustrated that there was no quality testing to ensure the replacement didn’t have the exact same issue. They once again offered to replace it. The most recent one does not have any deformities and so far seems to be working well. I hope it continues to work well, and I’m thankful I was able to get the replacements for the issues. ... show more

    • Not worth the money.
Looks like a nice turntable but in reality its not good.Sound quality leaves a lot to be desired but I did not expect to hear great sound from the speakers it is what it is.The turntable worked good for a while even with the slight wobble in the platter.What I did not expect is when I played a newer 180gram vinyl record ,it dragged terribly.The belt was replaced and the new one was worse.(They give you two belts,hmm wonder why)Now any record I put on drags and is slow so it is useless as a turntable.The only good thing is it does connect nicely to the Bluetooth on the computer so I can use it for that,But thats not what I bought a turntable for. SO if you want a decent turntable and good speakers look elsewhere this is not what you want! ... show more

    • Can’t replace needle
I really like the sound and it looks really nice. But it is impossible to replace the needle. I have it at a shop now where they are replacing the mechanism that holds the needle (can’t remember what that is called). That will cost me $80. In the future I will be able to replace the needle. I don’t recommend buying this. Spend the extra money on a nicer player where you can replace the needle. ... show more

    • Seller is great, and this really is a decent 12" turntable!
edit: Turns out this isn't designed to play 7" records. Original: When playing a single, the general wobble of the arm back and forth triggers the limit switch to say the record is done playing, before the record is done playing. I believe this plays as accurate a representation of the vinyl as you can get at this price point. I bought it for the stylus assembly, and it really delivers. Edit: Mine had this as a defect, the seller took care of me. Original: You have to turn it on, then off, then on again to actually enable the turntable. The first time you switch it on (after not using it for a while) i guess it goes into bluetooth mode, and no button pushes or anything will enable the turntable - the red light never comes on. you have to power cycle it to turn on the turntable part. edit: As the seller has worked with me, i can recommend buying this at this price, with the caveat that it isn't perfect for playing 7" singles. Seller recommended M405 or M619 models for 7" singles. ... show more

    • Stylus Cartridge Came Broken
Had the record player all set up and I started to spin a vinyl when I noticed that it sounded good, just really weird. Looked at everything and noticed the stylus was hanging on by a thread and when I took the cartridge out, the needle immediately fell off. Record player won't maintain proper speed. Records sound slow then fast. I reached out to the company and have zero communication back. They just say contact Amazon. Amazon says contact seller. This was my Son's Xmas gift and this kit is not working. Buyer beware of this seller as they do not want to respond and deal with this issue ... show more
