I can enjoy my memories with this screen. Great resolution and features. I recommend having different themes or events loading separately to be able to enjoy them all without waiting randomly to enjoy the slide show of your liking.

    • Screen pic and time freezes on wake up after sleeping.

Frame has started to freeze on wake up from sleeping at 7 am. Picture and time on frame is stuck on 7 am. Tapping on screen and selecting "adjust image" causes it to start working again and displaying the correct time. Other than that, I like it very much.

    • One small change would make a world of difference

Change the upload default from Fill Frame to Fit to Frame!! Does what it says it will do. The Display is good. It sleeps at the sleep time and wakes at the wake time. The app has limited functionality as to interacting with the frame. The display options are good, but they have to be accessed on the touchscreen frame. The remote control on the app lets you navigate pics, but does not allow getting into the frame configurations. Upload default is to “Fill the Frame” instead of “Fit to Frame”, so if you upload a portrait photo f Grandpa G’s face to a landscape frame, you may only see one nostril and a nose hair. You can adjust it on your phone first, if uploading a single image at a time, but if batch uploading, you have to adjust each picture on the frame after they have been uploaded. When batch uploading I want to be able to choose the Fit to Frame or Fill Frame for each batch. At the very least the default should be Fit to Frame NOT Fill Frame. There is no easy way to delete photos on the frame. The only way I know is to use the remote control on the app. You cannot batch delete. Management is not as easy as it could be, but we are enjoying the frame. ... show more

I bought one of these earlier this year. It works great, for the most part. Initially I had it running 23h59m each day. However, it gets locked up if you do that. I would then unplug it & let it sit for a a day or so before plugging it in again. So I rescheduled it to turn it off for about 5 hours while sleeping, which is reasonable, & it hasn't locked up since. For this reason, though, I only gave it 4 stars. I loaded up all the family photos that I had previously scanned (about 350 so far) & have them set up as a slide show. I initially bought it because my brother moved in with me. He has dementia, & the photos are a great way to remind him of our childhood & extended family. He remembers quite a bit of them, but his short-term memory is affected more than a little & he does get confused sometimes. It keeps him asking questions about them & reminiscing, which helps to keep him engaged. I really enjoy seeing the photos, too, with certain ones just lighting me up (my BABY! (who is 51 now))! My sister is impressed, too. I just now bought another one for her birthday later this month at her request. She wants it set up exactly the same. One thing to keep in mind is that the plug must be put it in EXACTLY right. It must be pushed in all the way to the hilt so it is even with the back of the frame. Everything is black, though, so it's hard to see if you have it exactly right - you need light. The tabs are shaped to go in all the way only one way. I recommend using a sticker or some other marking to line up for future use once you have it in all the way. ... show more

Love having photos so visible and accessible and letting our kids add remotely! The picture quality is, however, noticeably grainy. The user interface could be better. Here are a few things we've noticed: -Would love to be able to swipe/advance to the next frame. The minimum setting is a too slow. -The app is not intuitive. Can't easily figure out how to add more than one photo at a time. -Would like to be able to sort gallery images by uploader and date added -When I make a change, like delete, I'd like to return to the same location (instead of starting at the top again) -images repeat frequently even on the random setting ... show more
