I've tested and used it a few times and it displays perfectly Accurate Readings when comparing it to a 50,000 Count Fluke model that my buddy has. That being said, I wouldn't want to drop this from any height because I think it would break the casing or screen, so No outdoor field work recommended. But I use this Meter only for Table Top Bench testing of Parts, Mainly do to it's Precise High Resolution and it's Large Size, and it works superbly so far. I have 2 other Meters that I use for Portability and Durability, but this one is Perfect for Bench Testing. 5 Stars so far for it's Functionality as a 40,000 Count High Resolution Meter. I took off a star because the picture is deceptive, the meter you get will be labeled Waporich RQ-770D. But I already had a Holdpeak HP-770D and like it so much that I bought a second. So I can say its the exact same meter and this rebadged version will save you $20. Mine performs equally well and the two read the same. What makes this meter better than others is the mV range, I use them to measure tiny voltage signals with thermocouples and these are the most accurate sub $100 meters I've found. They will measure 0.001 mV which is extremely small. ... show more

I only need this products to measure the amps in my 20 amp lead batteries. I bought it because it's rated for up to 20 amps. So, I tested the voltage, and it's correct: 1 aa battery gives 1.5 v., 2 aa batteries in a series gives 3 v., etc. But when I measure the amps, it's wrong: 1 aa battery that's supposed to give 2000 mAh (= 2 A.) registers 5-6 A., 1 18650 battery that's supposed to give 3000 mAh (= 3 A.) registers 12-13 A. I did not try the actual batteries that I wanted this for, because I don't want to blow the fuse. I requested a replacement. And the replacement does the same thing. ... show more

Meter is not properly calibrated (readings not accurate compared to a reference standard). Housing is made from a low quality plastic, not as solid feeling as other low cost DMMs
