I’ve been in The HVAC trade for 38 years so when this came along I thought it’s a great opportunity to try it out instead of always carrying my gauges to check pressures. Once I was able to install the field piece app I was able to sync it with the components. It works great but it doesn’t work all the time and I don’t blame the components I blame the field piece App because sometimes it will sync and then there are other times I have a hard time downloading my readings. Once I’m able to figure all the kinks out in the app and I will probably look for a tutorial and see if there is something I’m doing wrong. Fieldpiece makes the best tools hands down for HVAC/r. I know the old timers are anti-technology and all that but using my sman 480v in tandem with my probes, you can dial in a charge damn near perfectly and probably faster. Almost everything I use is Fieldpiece tools. Have the multimeter, sman480v, this kit, the probes, and soon I will have the new scale. Great products and they stand behind them 100%.
