Clear easy to read numbers in pleasing colors that are easy to look at. Display has 3 brightness levels from dim( sleeping ) to bright. Alarm feature and slim profile meant to sit anywhere. It is about the size and shape of a rear view mirror in a car. Buttons are all in the back with a modern mirrored appearance in the face. I will start by saying I don't regret the purchase of the clock. It works as expected and as advertised (as far as I can tell). I bought this to fill the space left by a DVR box since we joined the cord-cutting movement and my family was used to seeing a clock on it. For that, it definitely serves its purpose. The display is very aesthetically pleasing and we haven't had issues w/it being too dim or bright. My ONLY gripe is that the temperature is the indoor temp and not the outdoor temp. I may've missed where it was stated as such or simply assumed it was the outdoor temp but I personally don't care what the temp is inside. Even w/that miniscule issue it's still a great clock showing time and date. Thanks! ... show more

I had looked everywhere for a lighted clock with numbers large enough to read from across the room. I ordered one of these clocks for the bedroom. It is fantastic. Not only can I see the clock clearly during the day, but it serves as a nightlight at night. The brightness is adjustable, so you can get a little brightness or a lot. Temperature and date are added pluses. I liked the first one so much, I ordered a SECOND one for the den. We usually watch tv with the lights off, and this is perfect! I don't have any place else right not that I need one, but if I did, I'd surely by another of these. ... show more

Just a simple, easy to read, great clock. Can read the time for a distance away. I was skeptical about the temperature, but it coincides with other thermostats in my other clocks and apple HomePods, so it must be accurate. Ordered 2 and considering adding a third for another room.

So, I finally got rid of the cable TV, and with it, the box that one grows accustomed to that shows the time. Like a few other reviewers, I bought this to replace that. It's really superb, I have to say. Brightness is perfect, you can have a daytime setting and a nighttime setting. I find everything about it to be pleasant and excellent. As for all of the complaints that it doesn't have a "power cord", I really think it's a feature, not a bug. If you had a power cord, you'd have to have a transformer/power supply in there, and that would be way more expensive, to say nothing of the UL certification for a device using line voltage, you'd need. Just get a two dollar USB power supply for the wall, or any number of other options. I can plainly see that a good proportion of the negative reviews are because people aren't very smart and/or have bad intuition about these devices are used and don't see immediately how to use them. A couple of bad reviews look like they got a bum product, which the seller instantaneously replaced. Really, I see no down side. I almost want to buy a second one of these if I had any use for that. The clock is very nice. The only thing I couldn’t stand was when I dimmed the lights to the display and shut the lights off at night. The clock in the bedroom the lights went back on Bright and it lit up the whole room. Would not stay on low dim.
