This is a gift from Santa. Upon opening it to put it together prior to Christmas Eve, we found one of the tracks/ramp was missing. We have reached out but a replacement set cannot be here until after Christmas. Long of the short, check your box to make sure all parts are there and leave plenty of time for replacement to arrive if indicated. ... show more

    • Well made, but not destruction-proof.
This was my 5 yr old's birthday gift and my 23-month, 38 lb mini-Hulk toddler broke it. Extremely well made for value. This is large with a ton of features. My youngest son broke one of the tracks somehow (the pieces slide into a fitting, similar to the Hot Wheels tracks, but this is a thicker plastic with less flexibility), and the way it's broken makes me think he put his weight on it. It's extremely well made but nothing is going to withstand that amount of weight at a connection point like that and it can easily be glued back in place. This playset has soooo many points of interaction and moveable pieces. The tiny little boulders have a ton of "loading" areas like a real work site. My only real complaint is the bottom piece that really sets the scene. It's a nice quality image and a sturdy piece of cardboard... But it's still a small, piece of cardboard. I feel it could be improved with a piece of fabric with the printed image so it could be folded and washed if needed. ... show more

My three year old loved this, just know there are small pieces to this that would not be appropriate for kids who stick things in their mouth. This is a FUN toy for my little guy though, he absolutely loves it! only one small con is one of the gates broke off when my son sent a car down the ramp from the top and the lift gate was down and snapped off (it is broke) again gate not necessary, but flimsy. ... show more

Neat toy for a construction loving kid. Gave this to my son for Christmas and all was well, he loved it. However, not even 3 months later the crane and string already broke, now the string can’t roll up into the crane so it’s pretty much useless and my son doesn’t even want to play with it anymore. My kid is 2 and has a crazy obsession with cranes. This fit the bill to a T. Now, putting it together is a little labor intensive but not terrible. Also the robot vacuum can pick up the little rocks that come with it. Great product!

Bought as a Christmas gift for my son and it’s already broken on Jan 3. The part where the track snaps in completely broke in half so there’s nothing holding it on now. He’s not very rough with his toys so I’m surprised.

My 4 year old was thrilled about it. Just when we put it together and he tried to play with it, the handle on the crane to pull the rope broke. Send the plastic just can't handle the mechanism. Will be returning this, kid is upset it doesn't work.
