    • No arms? No legs.

My couch came in great shape, except for one thing- without the arms. I heard back a brief message about how they’ll process my request, but nothing since, and I can’t put the feet on without them. Essentially, the couch is useless. I’ll update if this gets resolved but it’s been infuriating
