The DEWALT DWST08260 Tough System workshop racking system is a Modular self- assembly solution that is compatible with all Tough System modules, allowing to store and pull out products quickly and easily. The workshop racking solution can be fully Customizable for an array of arrangement options and allow to add a self-made shelf on top of brackets for additional storing. Stacking side latches allow attaching additional organizers or other Tough System modules. Each racking system can carry up to 440 lbs. Includes: 2) 6ft metal bars, 2) horizontal beams, 5 pairs of brackets (for toolbox and/or shelf).

Great addition to my garage. It’s sturdy, holding up to 440 lbs, and perfect for keeping my tools organized.     • Pretty darn good cases
I got these because I got sick of my bags and the lack of organization you get with a bag. I also got these because I don't have to worry about scratching customer floors like my steel boxes would. This system is great. Boxes are probably as tuff as plastic/foam can get, you loose a little bit of space with the reinforcement ribs of the box, but these have plenty of space anyway. I fit my entire cordless system in the large box (hammer drill, impact gun, circ saw, sawzall, jigsaw, grinder, angle drill, charger, and 4 batteries, with room to spare for blades and s***. Medium box, I fit my nail guns (18ga, 16ga, 18ga narrow crown.) and all the nails and staples I would need for a job, with room to spare for some hand tools. Small box is good for pencils, as I lose about 20 a day I can hold extras in here. Fill the trays with screws and hardwares, nothing spills out when shook around, which is nice to have open on the top of the cart to save yourself from working to harding picking crap up from the floor The Cart, not sure about how I feel. the system is great< boxes go on and off easy, really cool design. Its strong and works as an average hand truck well when needed, But it is large(wide) and awkward to store. And for the size I feel that it should be a little beefier to hold more weight that the 250lbs. I wanna be able to put 500lbs on there and not worry. All together its great for moving around, but when you get there, I find the cart gets in the way. But these problems will be fixed with some top secret modifications ill be doing in the future... When these aren't on the job, I use em as coolers, hold camping gear, chairs, step ladders. They are good and flat so you can Stand on em and not wobble around, make benches, or use as saw horses type things. Its also cool that they lock together when stored to slide around together or throw up on a shelf. To damn heavy and big to lock the larger boxes together with tools in em, small boxes are fine. All in All, I did my research before I bought these, and was iffy about buying plastic/foam boxes because I damn for sure hate them with a passion...But these seem to be the best plastic boxes you can get with out spending a fortune on fancy pants cases. I stick this in my trunk and it usually stays there. I get my belt out at the start of the day. If I have anyone working for me I may bring the whole thing for the extra tools. It snaps right on top of my Toughcase 2 stuff, and it has the sturdiness and durability you've come to expect. I do like the versatility of this box. I'll definitely buy another because there are just some things it can do that the ones that close can't. Or I'd need a extra large case for over 100, I've probably spent over 2k just on dewalt cases (both lines, the smaller boxes are awesome for kits and for tools with accessories. I love how those snap together and both lines have a duffle bag I have that can top off your stack. For my other I bought the 4 wheel base rather than the wheel and handle box. Not quite as nice as the Milwaukee line, but cheaper and I put foam in every one cut to all the tools. You open one of my boxes it looks like a Festool sustainer. ... show more

When I chose a cordless system to invest it I started with Dewalt 20v. This expanded into the whole Flexvolt system and beyond. The Dewalt Tough System is great. It has some disadvantages to some of the competitors out there but overall I cannot complain and its all about pros and cons and what works for you. There is no perfect system. As far as the Tool Organizers - The DWST08205. I love them. They are the cornerstone of my whole organizer system. Along with the DEWALT Garage Storage Rack, Tough System, 440 lb Capacity, Tool Storage (DWST08260) These bins are sturdy. Store well. Stack Well. And as you can see, I use them to their fullest capacity! When it comes to home storage, I use bins with lids. When it comes to tools and supplies storage, I like things to be readily accessible. So I like the way these are designed. I like to stay mobile, so when it comes time to go, these stack very nicely and travel well. Zero complaints. I have a few friends I have talked into using them as well. We all agree. Its also nice when working together and we understand how each of our systems work for functionality and organization! ... show more
