Love the product, makes my naturally wavy hair feel and look great. But the dispenser pump is awful. I wind up pulling off the cap and scooping out the conditioner with my fingers until I can’t access any more. Also the bottle itself is very wide for the average female hand. But the larger issue is that for this high price, I expect to be able to use the entire amount, not 1/4 waste with difficult logistics. ... show more

Please change the way the pump works! There is no arrow on the top of the pump, the entire thing is smooth and difficult to grasp, and it is nearly impossible to figure out how to get the pump to pop up. Put instructions on the bottle, add improvements for people with arthritis, and improve the experience for your customers!!! ... show more

I have curly hair, but it always does well if I have some extra product weight with it to keep it from not frizzing. I use this as a leave-in conditioner. I wish it wasn't so expensive, but one bottle lasts me a long time when I'm only using 1 pump a day.
