This system is not meant for gaming. I have tried on my system to play World of Warcraft and Fortnite. It is not for that. It did work wonderfully for the Arise platform to work from home or office space. I don’t really do reviews but here it is. I purchased this product to work from home. The process of getting everything to work was kind of aggravating. When this product arrived, the display port adapter wasn’t working, at least that’s what they thought was wrong with it. So they sent me another adapter which took a couple of days. I received the adapter but guess what?! It didn’t work either so I couldn’t use both of my monitors which was why I purchased this product in the first place. So they told me to ship the tower to them cause it could be the display port on the tower. It took like 2 weeks to receive the tower back. Once I received the tower back, the display port adapter had a shortage in it which I figured out myself. So basically I had to tell them it was the display adapter and that I needed a new one. But this time I purchased it online instead of receiving another one from the buyer. They also reimbursed my money back so that was cool. I received the display adapter and everything is working perfectly! Thank God!! ... show more

    • They care more about Policy than people
The product has potential but I guess I got the bad apple. From day one this computer makes the same noise as my Mr Coffee coffee machine makes at the end of a fresh brew. I bought this computer to do my new part time work from home job. At that time, the Mr Coffee noise didn’t bother me that much cause I was only working 5-10 hours a week on it. However as COVID destroyed the cruise industry as well as my full time employment, the part time job was able to fill in the gaps. Now I’m sitting at that PC for 30-40 hours a week and the percolating was starting to get under my skin. I nicely reached out RefurbishedPC Store and got a swift reply from Kenneth who advised me that my purchase was outside of the 90 day window and that there is nothing he can do. I asked again thinking maybe an exception can be made as I am a first time customer and I’m not familiar with their policies or protocol. Moments later I get an email from what could be the worst customer service manager in the world, Alan. This guy began screaming at me via email. I have never been yelled at before by what is supposed to be a professional setting. They would not bend any rule or policy to offer me a working computer that won’t embarrass me in front of customers or fellow coworkers because I reported the issue outside the 90 day window. What this company doesn’t realize is that We are living in a pandemic, most of us have neighbors, family and friends that are dying. You have to think twice before you hug your elderly parent or your young child. Last thing on my mind was the 90 day window. However they seem to care more about policy than people and that is a real shame. ... show more

Love, love, love my new computer! Shipped right away and got it in two days! Packaged very well. Came with two matching, good quality Samsung monitors. The keyboard and mouse are low quality, but they were brand new and work great. Easy to set up right out of the box. WiFi adapter is not the best, and my computer is far from the router, so I'll buy a better one sometime. I use the computer for Quickbooks Online, Excel spreadsheets, and home computing. Great product, easy to use, wires were included so that's a plus! Update: After I left my review yesterday, I realized that I forgot that the mouse randomly stopped working. The computer recognizes it, a few red flashed appear, and then nothing. I am not a fan of the keyboard keys. It also takes a while for the unit to start and the monitors to recognize that there is a connection. For the price and convenience, I believe the purchase is worth it. I received this item in 2 days and was packed very well. It was in good appearance and was happy with what I was looking at first look it looks used but not abused. Set up the system everything was there as far as cables for the monitors and tower. When I hit the power button on the desktop it would not come on. Monitors worked fine and came on for a few seconds but shut back down because the computer wood not come on. I was ready to send the unit back but that is a lot of packing and driving to a drop off place . so I decided to take the unit in to a repair shop to see if it may be a quick fix. Well the outcome was the motherboard was toast and needed to be replaced .So I had him replace the board for 119.00 Mat and Labor and then have him replace the hard drive With 500 gb SSD and he did it all for 199.00 it worked fine and very quick after that. So I ordered 16 gigs of ram from Amazon installed them and the unit screams now . The vid card is very poor and if you plan to use it for games you wont especially 3 D . So if you get one delivered and it works out of the box ,I think you will have a decent run of the mill desk top nothing special. I did call the tech support from where it was sent and they were overrun with calls. Wanted you to leave a # to be reached at and said they would get back to you .That was on a Friday they said they would get back no later than the following Mon. So so far I have invested 238.00 for unit 199.00 for motherboard 60 bucks on 16 G ram Total of 20 G on unit now after I upgrade the vid card it will be great for gaming for the grand kids. good luck. ... show more
