I just received freezer from fed ex. I unwrapped in and threw packaging in the trash. I can't dig it out. I came back in and it leaked liquid all over my floor!!! I sent an email, waiting to hear back.

Everything I put in the freezer gets freezer burn - even things in freezer-appropriate containers like Ziplock Freezer Bags & Stasher Bags. I think I started with the temp too high - but now it’s down to 3, still happening…and if I turn it to 2, it sounds like it turns off. Any advice? What am I doing wrong?? ... show more

After four months, the freezer stopped working--compressor ran but freezer temperature eventually went up to room temperature. Emailed the vendor via Amazon and they sent a new freezer which has worked fine.

I really like it. I received I read all the instruction and allow 24 hours before I can use and next two day later I just get plugs in everything is work great. I can hear motor compressor but doesn’t bother me noise.
