We're on our second shower head of this particular model. The first one started leaking from the central sprayers about a month after we installed it. It was returned and a replacement sent by Amazon. The second one is now leaking in the exact same way. Unfortunately, we are outside of our return window (1 month), so it seems we will have to jump through hoops with the manufacturer to get our money back. We've had Delta faucets in our home since 2015 and honestly, for the price, they are all very poor in quality (plastic parts, leaking, failing within months of use, dripping in between showers, etc.). I expect more from, them, especially when two shower heads fail in the exact same way. My advice would be to buy from a different, reliable brand. ... show more

    • Overpriced but looks great and easy to install.

It’s a quality product and easy to install but the price is quite high just for plastic. Perhaps I am missing something, and this thing lasts 10+ years but the initial cost seems 3 times as much as a worthy competitor. I like the style and quality brand name but feel it’s very overpriced.

The media could not be loaded. First off, now that this is up, I'm pretty happy with it. However, if I had spent $175 on it, I wouldn't be delighted with it. Two things: First - The body is made of plastic. For such a pricy unit, I'd expect metal housing. Second - The ball-and-socket part that is supposed to let you adjust where the spray goes was locked solid and wouldn't move when I went to put the unit up. I finally had to unscrew the next part up, and after trying several different options, finally got it loose with a wooden mallet. This issue turned a 10 minute job into over an hour as I tried to get it to work without damaging it. If I had spent $175 on this, I would have returned it rather than risk damaging it and not being able to return it. Otherwise, now that it's up it looks great and works as advertised. I do like the "pause" feature that lets you turn the shower off at the head while you shave or whatever so that you don't need to fiddle with the temperature settings again. I darn near gave this 1 star. The fact that it's working nicely now that it's up is what salvaged my review. But again, if I had paid full price for it, given the issue and the fact that it's plastic, I likely it would have ended up being returned. If anything changes I'll come back and update my review.
