Using in December. It’s so deep & roomy. I love the trunk style shape of it. I only need this 26” size trunk to travel. I like the narrowness and height of it too. The inside lining is made with beautiful yet sturdy material. Two nice storage bags came with it and they match the coral lining. There is also a hidden pocket for an AirTag. Each inside packing area also zips closed, keeping your cloths and items packed in their place. Once inside flaps are zipped up, each side also has huge, flat pockets with zippers to store more items. Rolls & spins so gently. It’s such a classy, beautiful piece of luggage. I love the craftsmanship and nice looking inside and out, wheels roll well, and the handle seems strong. I really like the interior color of deep burnt orange. I bought two of the 28" suitcases and I got one. The seller never responded and so that is why the rating is not good. The luggage itself is quality materials and its a Delsey so it should have a 10 year limited warranty. I LOVE the Chatelet 2.0 series from Delsey. I literally have every single piece except the pet carrier, garment bag and crossbody. This was a replacement purchase for my carry-on that was damaged the first time I checked it in 7 years (sob). This new version is slightly smaller and lighter than my older version (yay!). PROS: Gorgeous Easy to clean Nice compartments Light Rolls easily USB charging cord Bumper edges Roomier than it appears from the outside CONS: Only one side has a zipper cover, but it doesn't have the securing straps Only one side has securing straps but it doesn't have a zipper cover Wheels no longer have white accents so they stay looking cleaner but don't look as nice ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I spent a lot of time researching suitcases for a recent trip to Japan with several hotel changes and luggage transfers. I ended up purchasing four bags, two different quality Delsey bags and two same quality TravelPro hardside checkin bags. This one was the winner. I was really happy with the toughness of the exterior shell, as well as the stability of the handle and smooth glide of the wheels. The shell did get some scratches and marks, but I expected that with the chosen color and with the amount of transferring that occurred on this trip. The thick zipper could be tricky to zip which could be annoying to some people, but I found it to be extra secure and tough. I did have a zipper tooth misalignment issue with another brand’s bags which did not happen with the Delsey bag. Overall I was really happy with the quality of this bag and the price that I paid. I expect to be able to use this bag for several years. ... show more
