It definitely works. Cools my room down no problem. I also don’t mind the ambient noise. Also, very cool how you can control it remotely with their app. However, it advertises and lets you setup automation for when you leave and arrive at home. This was one of the main reasons I purchased this model, but it doesn’t work. I set it up several times but can’t seem to get it to work. Hopefully this is fixed in some sort of update. It never cooled it makes a loud rattle noise when cooling louder than it supposed to and it came damaged in the box and they charge you $140 to return to sender because they don’t cover postage return . Waste of money and did not work the way it was supposed too it all became stressful .

Did a bunch of review searches and glad I made the choice for this unit. It hasn’t needed a drip pan yet or be drained in a week. I love the app it works great. I haven’t tried using Alexa yet. I haven’t tried the heat yet either. But, it does get the room cool instantly. I just use it in my bedroom. Would recommend for sure ... show more

Year 1 of any El Nino is always stupid hot. I live in Texas which is stupid hot 12 out of 12 months. So that coupled with poor air circulation in this house it was nearly 100 in my office most days. We got lucky on an investment and I bought this bad boy and .... all I can say is, it's perfect. It's so wonderful. I love everything about it. I use the drain hose in the back into a kitty litter box and just dump that every day until I can run a hose to the outside through our attic, but that's a minor issue to me. Everyone barks about it but...whatever man my office isnt' 100F while i'm trying to work so I don't give a kitty litter box about it. Worth. It. ... show more

So this is a great AC and works wonderfully the app is easy and seamless, my only complaint is the sleep setting. While it’s amazing since it dims the very vibrant LED lights, every hour for 2 hours it increases the temp by 2 degrees each hour, 2x hour = 4 degree increase. Even though this is not modified on the AC itself. (Heat is 2 degrees down every hour for 2x hour and holds for 12 hours) Which I kept wondering why the AC wasn’t turning on when it saying it was 73 in the room even though I had it set on 66… it was a bit delayed but eventually and finally turned on but only to cool it down to 70 degrees. While this is a great feature it’s a bit confusing. I wish you could just dim the lights or even turn them off as a night time mode. This is something I didn’t know when initially purchasing the item. ... show more
