These products were hard to install you had to actually get a lot of missing parts to it. You have to actually buy a lot of the wall hiding tubes to hide most of the wires. It does come with a lot of wiring and you have to actually change the refrigerant when you get it you have to drain it all out and re-but another one or else you’ll keep getting error codes when you install them. I had to get a professional person to come out and install them. My husband was able to put them up and assemble them on the walls by himself for the most part you do need an electrician to also do the outlets part of it. you need to buy the switched so it does require some electricity personnel to come out and then you also need an HVAC professional to come out to help you with the refrigerant. They are kind of tough to install for the most part but once they’re up and running. They cool the house very easily. I don’t like the bulky look but it’s cheaper than getting central air. I purchased the three sounds which I thought was a great deal right now I am definitely enjoying them during this hot weather I would definitely order a couple more for the rooms but it has. But it has definitely been calling the house. I don’t turn them on all the time, but when they are on the house seems to maintain a cool temperature I love them. ... show more
