The Dell Precision 3620 Tower arrived fast and was carefully packaged. The components were present as stated in the product description. I appreciate the care that was taken in refurbishing the unit. Inside the case was clean. The Win 10 pro was very easy to set up and activated properly. The unit had the newest bios update and fairly recent windows updates. I tested the drive with a 3rd party drive testing utility and was impressed that the m.2 drive was rated as 98% good. We upgraded the nvidia card from the nvidia site (the driver on Dell site did not work for some reason). We upgraded several other drivers using the Dell support site. The only issue I had (for which I don't fault anyone) is that in the bios, AC Recovery after power shutdown was stuck in the Power On position even though it was set correctly to Power Off in the bios. The result was if you moved the unit and plugged it in somewhere the unit would immediately power On. This was corrected by toggling AC Recovery from Power Off to Power On and back to Power Off. It was necessary to bleed the power supply/motherboard so the Power Off setting would hold. For those that don't know this unit does not support Windows 11. Overall impressed with this refurbished desktop. Would I purchase again? Yes we liked so much we purchased a 2nd unit. ... show more

Have been fooling with PCs for more than 20 years This like-new i7 PC came ready to use. While it had a SSD installed with a new copy of Windows 10, I used a larger one from my old PC that has all of my programs on it. Everything works as advertised. It came well packed so there was no risk of transit damage. While the video card isn't state-of-the-art, it is fast enough to run FSX without any flicker. It has plenty of RAM for heavy graphics work that I often do. Based on my experience, it would be difficult to find a better bang for the buck. Would definitely buy, again. ... show more

Advertised as renewed, computer showed up trying to login as an employee of COX Automotive. Was unable to use computer, format drive, reinstall windows, or use at all. Would not purchase from this seller again.

I expected to be replacing the Power supply for gaming. After Dell assistant download, updating drivers & downloads it appears this computer will work out good.
