This computer is a good way to get a fast working computer for the internet and office apps. The price is right for what you get. I got this to be able to process images for Adobe light room. It worked great at first, but then Lightroom did an update and upped it's minimum requirements. Because of that I've had to upgrade this a lot. I had to add Bluetooth, video card, USB3, and advanced WIFI. There was enough room in the housing to add an additional 2 SSHDs as well. You can't upgrade to Microsoft Windows 11 with this machine either. The processor is too old to meet the Microsoft requirements. To me that is a bonus. I don't want Windows 11, It's a garbage operating system and shame on MS for taking out already in place functionality. I like MW10 and since this machine can't be upgraded, I don't get the almost daily irritation of reminders that I do with my other machines that run Windows 10. ... show more

Very fast and responsive but pops up two runtime errors every time booted. After those errors were closed no effects from them on computer operation were experienced.

Was a problem with the Tower didn't Turn on or off Would go in and out of the Internet had to many problems so I sent it back 🔙

Computer failed within minutes of turning it on. Support helped troubleshoot. Defective computer replaced within days. New arrival works great.

    • No BT & video fail after 24 hours
Bought in March and just set up this week finally. Was prepared to be pleased but frustrated currently. No installed bluetooth or wifi as expected. A mini- dongle was provided for wifi but no joy. Next was the very invasive wanting your life story set-up. Started transferring sensitive customer files from old computer which means security and and info protocols to use the unit when the video failed. Tested monitor and cables using another computer and they were fine so the video fail is the computer itself. I now have a 15lb brick. Returning isn't an option with customers info already on hard drive. Looking for the warranty and insurance files that I was cautious enough to purchase with the computer so hopefully will be resolved. ... show more

Bought this for a gaming boost, which has improved. It's definitely not a gaming computer but it was a nice upgrade from the old one. However, the headphone jack and the Bluetooth do not work.
