It’s battery already dead and cannot be charged. 0% indicating. No success even take some try to fix the problem according to instructions. Battery must be replaced.

Being a tech guy, I'm picky about laptop feature set and this Dell does not disappoint. It is a remarkable value with the specs that it comes with at this amazing price point. All specs described were accurate and it was in excellent condition. This is a 5 year old dell laptop and it honestly looks as new as my 2 year old laptop. I did immediately upgrade the SSD to 1tb; OS to Win 11 Pro. This was a must for my use case, but you really don't need to for general business use. The sound from these speakers is the best I have ever heard on a laptop. I bought a battery when I ordered the laptop based on the AI generated comment feedback, but it appears that this was replaced prior to shipping. If you were in the market for a laptop and budget was $300.00 - 350.00 you cannot go wrong purchasing this device. I hated to send this back because it's a great laptop for a great price. But the fact is I didn't want or need just a laptop. I was looking for a tablet that could double as a laptop in a pinch and thought a 2-in-1 was the answer. It's not. He could not be happier and has stated several times how well it works and how much he likes it.
