  • 3 months between recharges
I bought these on a bit of a whim when I had to send a gaming mouse back to the manufacturer and I accidentaly bought a wireless mouse from Walmart while trying to find a subsitute. long story short the manufacturer sent the mouse back broken and my warranty expired so I am stuck with what I have. Not that I had to much concern that the included battery wouldn't last but I wanted to be prepaired if it didn't. if you keep these handy and the spares all fully charged you shouldn't have anything to worry about. if you aren't actively using them there may be problems. in the three months of use I have only had to charge all for batteries once but I used them one at a time which works out to being less than 3 weeks per charge, less than two weeks later in the pack cycle. before you buy these you should understand they are active electronics there is a battery controller in teach battery sipping power off the internal lithium cell. over time it is going to deplete something that is as low capacity as a since each one of these is a 1.5v battery. so if you buy these and put them in a device and use up the first one in a few weeks, chances are the other 3 are going to be at 80-90% charge. they'll still happily read 1.5v on a multi meeter but you really have no way to test the capacity until your device stops working. This will only get worse over time. I don't expect these to preform to well over the time scale of 1-2 years but we'll have to see in the 4-5th charging cycle by next year some time. I'll try to keep this listing in mind and report back in. As batteries though, you can't ask for much more than the stable reliable current these put out. an old cd player or a wireless gaming mouse work just fine. these may very well be long lasting batteries that can take several recharge cycles but they aren't going to live long in a device due to the somewhat unnecessary complexity - at least you don't have to buy a $70 charger because they take a simple USB C connection . with the included cable you can charge 2x at a time ... show more

  • Three out of four was good
One of the batteries stopped charging, it doesn't have enough voltage or current inside to run a simple doorbell. I'm going to request a return on one, and try to get it replaced. The other three are very good, and I just wish all four were like them.

I purchased the Deleepow 3400wHw usb C rechargable AA lipo batteries, I purchased 4 red and 4 blue fully, charged all 8 batteries used some stored some of both color, a couple months later I tried one of the stored blue AA batteries and its completely dead and will not charge. • Good batteries.
They appear to work well and hold the charge they claim. They charge fast on a USB 3.1 connection. I have a lot of small instruments that use AA and AAA batteries and these have already paid for themselves. No idea why Amazon has a category for rating a remote control as I've never seen a battery with a remote control in 50 years of working as an electronics tech. ... show more

  • Work at freezing temperatures! Great AA replacements!
I use these instead of single-use lithium AA batteries in a portable temperature meter (Temp Stick) in a commercial freezer. The original single-use lithium batteries included with the device lasted about a year before needing to be replaced. These last about 6 months but then I just let them warm up and recharge them. The device only uses 2 AA, so I always have a charged spare set on hand for when the batteries get low, and it includes a USB-C charging cable which will do 2 batteries at once. They are more expensive than the single-use lithium AAs, but they will pay for themselves after a few charges compared to the single-use lithium AAs. Will buy again, as they are super convenient and useful replacements to standard AAs and provide constant voltage output until they need to be recharged, unlike an alkaline whose voltage drops as it discharges. Totally worth it! ... show more

  • Makes flashlights Brighter but uses energy faster
These guarantee an output of 1.5v. This can be a positive and a negative. 1.5v in a flashlight draws 1 amp of current where 1.3v only draws 0.5 amps of current. So these AA batteries will die after 2 hours where an Eneloop nimh will last longer than 4 hours. They have the same capacity but the 1.5v causes that capacity to be used up faster. But…. 1.5v causes some flashlights to be a lot brighter. So my maglite lx50 is much brighter using these AAA batteries and lasts 2 hours. With Eneloop batteries it is 30% dimmer for the first 2 hours then is more than 50% dimmer but continues giving some light for over 6 hours. Final note. The capacity of these AA’s tested at 3000 MWh which is the same as an Eneloop AA. But they just turn off. There is no warning at all. They just turn of completely when the capacity is used up. Hopefully they fix this and have the electronics output 1.1V for the last 5% of capacity. Giving some warning. ... show more
