Dents, weatherstripping was not installed handles did not work, could not even get tool box lid open, now Amazon says to contact seller to send for refund but will cost 400.00 dollar WTH? For shipping? The box cost 552.00?

Tool box is packaged loose inside the shipping box, arrived damaged with a dent on the back/too, the piano hinge being bent, preventing lid from opening. Didn't have time to waste returning and hoping the next one wasn't damaged too. Pry bar and hammer and it's functional, sort of... edit: now the lid won't even open, both handles unlocked and pull out, but lid won't budge ... show more

Arrived with dents in two areas. Only packaged in cardboard box without protective corners, styrofoam etc. Good product but, given the cost, should have been packaged better.

Product arrived in the worst packaging I’ve ever seen. To no surprise the box was dented, bent, and the lid wasn’t functional. Sent back weeks ago and still don’t have my refund. 10/10 would not recommend ever. That’s what you get for buying cheap I guess.

The guality is good as expected....im very impressed with the lock and latch mechanisms.

    • Disappointed, not very sturdy.
Lid would not open from the start. Called DeeZee, had to basically pry out the front wall and pop it open. Tried unsuccessfully to straighten and realign everything, just could not get the latches and lid to line up properly. Sent it back and got a Weatherguard box. You get what you pay for.
