The fabric is thicker, the zippers are not visible, and the colors are much more elegant. For example, the Graphite color is an elegant dark charcoal gray. Most grays are cool with blue undertones, but this is a neutral dark gray that can be paired with both cool and warm commentary colors. These are the velvet pillow covers to buy! The fabric is so velvet and soft! The color looks great, it is not shiny, just a silver grey. I would SAY 100% get a bigger pillow insert. I got 18 x 18 and I should have gotten 20 x20 inserts!!!!!!
