First off, I too took time to debate with myself whether this top coat is worth the price tag. I’ve been and OPI lover for years, but was curious what else was out there. I really enjoy painting my nails at home, typically twice a week or so, but always had to start super early in the evening or would end up with sheet prints on my nails, and couldn’t really do much while they were drying. I’ve never found a quick dry top coat I liked, they always felt like they dries instantly on my nail (yes yes the point I know) and didn’t give me the shiny finish I wanted. Cue this beauty! It goes on smooth, feels thinner than most top coats in a good way, as it feels like it spreads across my nail with a single swipe instead of piling up in the middle and having to be spread out. Gives amazing shine and feels strong. But the best part is the quick drying. I don’t assume even quick dry polish is REALLY dry, just no longer tacky much more quickly than regular polish. When I tell you that within less than an hour (I dunno exactly how long because I just don’t touch my nails after top coat) my nails felt like they had dried overnight. Unsmudgeable, if that were a word. I could do laundry, dishes, throw the ball for the pup, all without worrying my polish would smudge or dent. I haven’t been wearing it very long, two days so far, so I can’t say if it’s super resilient, but being able to walk out of the house an hour after painting my nails and have zero worries? Just tried this top coat today and I must say I’m impressed! I was skeptical that would would dry fast, but it did! Dries in a minute and it’s solid dry, not tacky dry. Definitely worth the money for a good top coat. I’ll buy again and recommend this to friends.

I’ve used Orly Sec’n Dry for years and I’ve been happy with it. I usually do my nails on Sunday night and the manicure lasts all week, but sometimes I’ll get a chip or two by Saturday. I wash dishes without gloves and I’m not very careful with my manicure so that contributes to chipping. I could go over the tips on Wednesday or Thursday to prevent this but I don’t want to do more work. I read that Deborah Lippmann’s top coat was even longer lasting. And that has been true. I’ve been using this top coat for weekly manicures about a month and a half. And I’ve had chip-free manicures for a full week. I use Orly Bonder as a base cost and two color coats of an OPI Infinite Shine lacquer, not gel. ... show more

This is pricy, but worth every cent. I take it with me when I get my nails done. Makes them look like gel nails when they’re not. Dries in minutes. I love it!

I’ve only been wearing it for 4 days but that’s better than any top coat I’ve used before. My nails are usually chipped the same day or next. This is on top of Essie gel polish. 10/10. Worth the $20 bucks to skip the salon.
