  • Excellent ice cream bowls!
Size: 2 Bowls
These work really well. They are perfect single size and at a good price point. Kids will enjoy helping they are so easy to use. Super easy to clean too. When i made a larger batch in my Kitchenaid ice cream maker, we stored the extra in these bowls. When we took them out to eat, they stayed cold for an hour or more!! ... show more

  • Fantastic for frozen yogurt after you learn how to use it.
Size: 2 Bowls
I bought this to make healthy low cal/carb frozen yogurt, although it took me a few try’s to get it right. 3/4cp Greek yogurt, tbl of 1/2 & 1/2 a few teaspoons of stevia and what ever flavoring I want (I use no calorie coffee syrups). I blend in a bullet blender, then taste and adjust sugar/flavor, consistency should allow it to flow (add more 1/2 & 1/2 if needed). I keep my bases in a chest freezer which is way colder than a fridge/freezer. Make sure to assemble and turn on the ice cream maker before adding the yogurt mix or it will bind. I add nuts, dark chocolate chunks or fruit bits right away to let them incorporate evenly. Once its to the consistency I like, I quickly transfer the contents to a regular bowl, otherwise it starts crystallizing. The serving size is just right for me, the consistency and flavor are great. And I can make whatever flavor I want rather than having to take what’s in the freezer. ... show more

  • Love, fun for summer.
Size: 2 Bowls
You really don’t need 2 cups, or so I realized. It takes roughly 15-20 minutes to make anything in one cup, but then the other person has ate waiting for the second cup to churn. Fun, easy to use, but doesn’t make much. If you need to make enough for more than 2 people, buy a legit ice cream maker.

  • amazing and easy to use if you follow directions carefully
Size: 2 Bowls
I've used this every day this week for making frozen yogurt at the end of the day. I blend fruit (fresh), Greek yogurt, a small amount of coconut milk, almond extract, and sugar in my blender then put it in the fridge to chill till the evening. In the evening, I put together the paddle and motor and plastic bowl cover with chute. I then get out the mug that's been in there for 2 days (I alternate using the 2 mugs) and pour the fruit and yogurt mixture in. I start the paddle going and let it sit on the counter for up to 10 min. Then I use a silicone cake frosting spatula to scoop the soft serve style froyo into a container and then pop it in the freezer for about 5-10 min then eat some. I generally make about 2 cups worth in one mug and it's a little softer than I'd like so freezer it goes. When it comes out of the freezer it's perfect. Really worth it. May not be fancy but much healthier and honestly delicious. I add sprinkles or chocolate chips and whipped cream if I am feeling fancy. ... show more

  • Difficult and not worth it
Size: 2 Bowls
So I bought this ice cream maker hoping to make healthier options for me and my dibetic husband. I'm not happy with this product. First, the bowls are huge. Not in the sense they make a lot but that they are filled with some sort of cooling liquid which makes them bulky in your freezer and not dishwasher safe. I read that going in and it wasn't a deal breaker but it adds to the list and if it was the only thing this would get a 5. Next, I bought the two bowl set thinking I would be able to make me and the hubby our own customizable flavors. The bowls will not freeze in one go. If I use both I can get the ice cream mix to the consistency of a smoothie before the top mixing portion gets so hot I could probably cook an egg with it. So no, no ice cream for me, a sorta vanilla smoothie was the best I was getting after both bowls. Don't buy this. I used this once and am pretty sure the second attempt will kill the mixer motor. ... show more

  • This is crazy easy
Size: 2 Bowls
You don’t need a recipe! I have tried all kinds of things. I sometimes use half and half, 2%milk, whole milk and once heavy cream. So today I used a half cup of milk. I added a spoonful of cheesecake pudding mix to it and stirred it to dissolve it. Then I popped it into the freezer for 6 minutes to get colder. I am trying NOT to gain weight so I only make a half batch for myself. It was delicious!!!!! Sometimes I add chocolate sauce or use a spoonful of Junket ice cream mix. I get it at my grocery store for $2.50. I add enough to sweeten it like the pudding mix. I don’t cook anything or use eggs or vanilla and don’t like really sweet ice cream. I no longer use the heavy cream or whole milk. I don’t want to get fat! But I can’t wait to make it every day unfortunately. I figure that if I have it for breakfast I can wear off done calories. This thing is amazing. Don’t make yourself crazy looking for recipes or buying expensive ingredients. Keep it simple. This morning I added sliced banana and a little chocolate sauce. BTW the dress on I put the mixture in the freezer for a few minutes is because otherwise it might not be firm enough for you. It comes out perfect! ... show more

  • Loved it until...

So it was sitting on the counter after I ate my ice cream and I heard some sound. I dint know if the sound was it craving or not, but When I went to wash it the next day... I found this huge Crack in one side, and a minor Crack in the other. I love ❤️ this!!! How to resolve? I have to send it back, and just make my large batches. Darn!!! (I purchased my friend the dual set. THAT'S how much I like use. ) ... show more

  • Fun Little Ice Cream Maker
Size: 2 Bowls
I bought this as it had pretty good reviews. My husband and I like a bit of ice cream ocassionally but don't keep it around the house as if we have it we eat it 😂 This makes just the perfect amount of frozen goodness. I make a double batch and make them and refreeze so we each have a fun dessert on ocassion. You can also pre-mix the ingredients and it keeps in the fridge for a few days/week so you can double or triple your batch. It definatley is more of a softer serve ice cream but it is good and you can alwasys freeze it for a firmer texture. Super easy to clean and not many compontents so that is a plus! Using extracts for different flavors is fun too. ... show more
