Used white and gray (and pink from a different brand) to make an accent wall in my girls' room. Easy to install and adhesive is strong enough to stick but not too strong that they cannot be (somewhat easily) removed. Liked it so much I purchased squares (different brand) for my son's room. My teenage son is a gamer and when playing can get quite loud. We can hear him yelling commands to his team and screaming at other players in real life throughout the whole house. I bought 3 packs and lined the inside of his door and the shared wall with the common area. We can still hear him, but it is much softer and no longer can be heard through the house. I’d say in our instance it cut the sound out about 50% - maybe more. An added advantage is how cool the honeycomb hex tiles look- giving his room a Star Wars ensaque modern portal look. For $36 each 12 pack these are pretty expensive. I purchased these mostly to dress my wall up and stop the noise from traveling to my exterior walls. They look pretty good but didn't anticipate them to be like a frizzy cotton fabric. My cats LOVE to use them as a scratch post. Even the lowest point being around 4 feet they are obsessed with jumping up to scratch them. After getting 4 packs it was roughly $155 to complete my wall and this was with a having 1 inch spacing between each. I will say they do look good but for the price I expected higher quality. Only reason for buying so many is because once I did one pack they refused to come off the wall without taking the paint with it so I had to commit. If I had to do it again, I would definitely go with another brand. Regardless, it does the trick just expect a couple flaws. ... show more
