    • Took 60 years but I found a great vacuum
I went through about 5 of the 100 dollar vacuum's , all of them where plastic junk. You pay for what you get , so with 100 dollars off this stick vacuum I had to try it. The reviews where mixed figure if it fails my test Id send it back. So its been way over a month and I find myself using it every other day its so easy I don't have to stop 5 time to keep finding the outlets. The first day it did get clogged up because I was trying to suck up a bucket of cat hair in on motion so with that in mind daily cleaning is so easy .I love the head is so thin it can fit under most of my furniture, and I love the light it really shows the dust bunnies really good in the dark. I was concerned the canister was so small but it takes just a second to clean it out, and not having to touch the hair and trash is wonderful. My favorite part is the roller pops right out with a button and I can cut all of my hair off it in a minute and slip it right back in. Up rights you got to take 4 screws out and hope you don't lose them. Its very compact tower fit in my kitchen perfectly. Now the suction power I love that it has a low and high, the low picks up the fluffy stuff easily the high speed got all the kitty litter up but running on high uses up the battery fast so since I love this machine I may flip to spend the 120 on a extra battery. I was concerned with the price of the trash bags and how fast Id go through them been over a month with 3 cats and its still not full , the first week it said it was but it just need to be adjusted and it has not said full yet I did buy the 4 pack of bags see the price out ways having to put your had up a canister to clean it out and boy does it cut down on dust escaping all my up rights where always covered in dust . I feel this is the first vacuum Ive had that is really cleaning the carpets and hard floors. So I highly recommend this produced if you don't like clean it up put it back in the boxes and return it. I guess my boxes are now going in the trash I'm keeping this baby. UPDATE Feb 5 2024 not quit 4 months old and my battery is either dead or my tower can't charge it. Not happy love my vacuum hoping to find someone to talk to about.>>> Feb 6th received message but the email address you gave me say dose not exists (( cs.support@catchwell.com )) 1st red flag Update after leaving the battery on the table for 10 hours I found it quit warm to the touch know Em wondering if the battery is now actually dead as it had not been on the charger in over a day. 4 month old bad battery ?? Update 3-8-2024 after researching I'm not keeping the battery on the charger the instruction that came with it said its ok but everything Ive read up on says never leave a full charged battery on its charger I think 4 months on the charger made my battery not last as long so now I charge and hang it off the charger seems to be working ok but the power seems to drain faster . ... show more

UPDATE: it took 11 days from order to my front door for bags. So re-order your bags when you put last one in and you’ll never have an issue. I didn’t find that to be to long considering how amazing this vacuum is! This is the Best cordless vacuum I’ve ever had. (I’m comparing to tineco (was amazing also but not paying 6 to 800. For another vacuum , when this one is as good as tineco, nope!) and ultinic (which sucked) and black n decker (was ok but incomparable honestly) and suction is amazing. Lightweight and doesn’t hurt my hand. The handle can be raised n lowered easily for your height. I’ve always had a heavy duty machine for 1x a week and a cordless for my everyday day stuff. I have to say I rarely bring out the big one anymore! I’ve had this vacuum for 6 months now, I’m still on my 2nd bag! What????!!! That’s right ! And, I use it everyday in my living room ,dining room , kitchen n bathroom (to pick up hair) sometimes 2x a day. The battery has yet to run out on me. The tower cleans filter and yuck out of vacuum. It actually runs 2x really making sure it’s clean. Needless to say , I rave about this machine to everyone! The only con is the bags will take a couple weeks to get to you. Wish they would have American based bags, I think it’s from Korea. Luckily the bags last forever soooo. I just ordered some that come in 4 , I have my 2nd bag in and I’ve had machine 6 months. So I want to say 2 bags will last 6 months so 4 will last almost 1 year? Ish I clean up after 5 grandchildren n their parents constantly lol. Oh and it’s a one button to release roller so you can easily clean hair n string off roller! ... show more

    • POOR SUCTION AND VERY WEAK BRUSH MOTOR
Overall this vacuum is not worth the money. The suction is poor and the brush motor doesn't have much gumption. It stops alot, as it's too weak. To restart you have to reset the trigger on the vacuum to get it going again and wait a few seconds for the vacuum to spool up again. When it is running, it doesn't pickup very well either. I own a Dyson, and I had high hopes for this vacuum as an alternative. Extremely dissatisfied. ... show more

This was a fine vacuum. I got it for my parents main floor of the house as it is all hardwood, figured it would be easy use for pet hair and quick messes. But the vacuum died after 10-15 minutes of use and took all day to charge to full battery again. The product itself was fine, did the job it was supposed to, just doesn’t last long for how expensive it was. Was not impressed for the price. But it is lightweight. The media could not be loaded. This guy really cleans up a lot! Very easy to use and sturdy. The self cleaning base is fantastic because it also cleans the filter (which is a huge bonus- no weird old filter smell with this vacuum!) My only reason to give 4/5 stars is because the battery dies faster than my other electric cleaning products. I can get through 2/3 of the first floor before it dies. Which makes it great for a quick spot clean after dinner or in the entry but not for a full and deep clean. But the price point makes up for that small setback! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The Catchwell Vacuum Cleaner is the best product for me and my husband living busy routines. Especially, the function where the dust collected in the vacuum device is automatically removed through the Magic Tower after vacuuming once is innovative. Since it can handle the vacuum dust all at once without the need to empty it several times, it's easy to see how much time can be saved. The Magic Tower also functions not only as a Dust-empty Bin but also as a charger. The design of the tower in simple white allows it to be kept indoors without the need to hide it in the garage, giving a tidy feel to the house. Lastly, the light turning on in the vacuum head was also impressive. When I changed the layout of the bedroom last weekend and had to clean in dark places, it performed exceptionally well. Overall, I'd like to give a perfect score for the meticulous design considering the user experience. ... show more
