I assumed these suction cups would be glass. Glass has more weight and better suction in my opinion. These cups lose suction when you attempt to remove the rubber cover. They work... kind of.

I got the 12 pack and they are amazing! It comes with instructions and is extremely easy to use. The plastic and pump are durable and the different size cups are perfect for different areas. This is my first time cupping and I was honestly surprised with the relief I felt after using it.
