I bought this to see if it was usable in my classroom for my students, I have use it 3 times and it now will not work. I start it and it lights up, goes through the nice pretty screen with all of the designs and then shuts itself back off. I have it 3 times only! I would NOT recommend anyone purchase this item as it is a waste of your money! It has 1 star from me but ONLY because it wouldn't let me put NO STARS!!! ... show more

The tablet is okay. sometimes hard to press, the SD card slot never worked. the volume is exceptional except the lowest volume is still extremely loud. besides these little issues the tablet is functional and workable.

The media could not be loaded. Requires restart to find and connect to Wi-Fi, even a saved connection. Doesn't respond when trying to make a call from Whatsapp chat window. Case stand does not keep tablet upright. Falls frequently, even on a flat firm surface such as table or floor. Says youtubekids is downloaded but can only access from playstore, no icon shows up on homescreen or under apps. Can't use back arrow or search in playstore. Battery life and durability appear typical. It shouldn't operate with such difficulty as it supposedly has decent memory and storage. Only added Whatsapp, Disney, and YouTubeKids...
