  • Recommended System Integrator
(I9 12900kf, RTX 3080, 64RAM, 1SSD+3HHD version) Well assembled, clean and attractive appearance, good cable management, excellent air flow/ quiet, pre-tested before shipment. The obvious care and attention to detail can be seen in the attached pictures, and the care of packaging for shipment as well (it came double boxed and double padded). The components installed were of known brand names, such as ASUS and MSI. It was ready for windows activation, like you'd expect, but with absolutely no bloat-ware. I highly recommend Computer Upgrade King. ... show more

  • Promp response, knowledgeable problem solving and customer friendly
This gaming computer is fantastic. The fastest computer I ever had. I had a minor problem which was solved promptly and efficiently. I still have my five years old gaming MSI which is still performing. I highly recommend this product

  • Just "fine" - some positives, some negatives
EDIT: After realizing that companies like Corsair and MSI advertise images of AIO Radiators with tubes at the top - I learned that they actually should be mounted at the bottom. This has solved all sound issues with AIO. I have updated my rating from a 3 to a 4 - assuming that you are willing to relocate the AIO radiator. The build is now silent and overall I am satisfied. If you are not willing to relocate the AIO, I would not order this build, or I would call Computer Upgrade King and ask them to mount the radiator on the intake fans rather than the roof of the case. ORIGINAL REVIEW: This was somewhere between a 3 and a 4 for me, but I put a 3 because I had to make changes to the unit. To begin, the packaging was very good. The tower was double boxed, with supportive foam, and the interior was packed with expanding foam. The parts are fine. The MOBO was MSI, the GPU is ASUS but was rebranded/repackaged by the seller. My spec was i9-12900KF with a 4070ti. The best part about the build is the case and the LED wiring job. It's very nice, it looks and feels premium. The worst part is by far the AIO. On initial boot, the AIO was making loud, constant, excessive squirting and gurgling noises. I tried tilting the PC on its side and all of the troubleshooting methods. It would help, but not fix the issue. Ultimately I decided the AIO was not mounted in a desirable way, so I moved it to the front intake instead of the roof (this change is visible in the photos). This fixed the issue 99%. However, there is a cord leading into the AIO radiator that seems to go to an auxiliary pump? Normally the pump itself has a Pump power cord, but on this AIO, the cord is coming from the radiator. Whatever is in there is making ticking sounds. (edit: it was still just air bubbles) It's quiet enough that it doesn't bother me, but it's noticeable when the room is quiet. I don't understand why the cord isn't going to where the pump should be. Ultimately I believe this AIO is low quality and easily the reason this build is a 3 instead of a 4. The cooling is just ok. The "loads" that I give the PC are in the form of running World of Warcraft on absolutely maxed-out settings. The CPU pushes upwards of 62C, and the GPU's hot spot pushes upwards of 75C. This is pretty hot for what is a clean, new build. Granted, most of the time, both are sitting at a cool 30-40C. I only see the hot spots after extended load. And they do not seem to ever go above 62/75 respectively, so again - it's *just fine* I priced this build out myself and got essentially the exact same number as what I paid for this unit. So you're essentially trading some higher quality parts for the cost of labor on the build. Which ultimately, I think was a fair trade. If you are like me and you need a PC NOW and you can't wait to build your own, this will be a fair-price unit that will get the job done. Just be prepared to tinker a little bit. If I had one word to describe it, it would be - "Satisfactory" - and nothing more ... show more

  • So far a great experience.
All the power I needed, a great upgrade even though this is the first time I bought a pre-built PC instead of building from scratch. Also Customer Service was fast and precise with my needs. Got the 3080 TI version.
